Everything I come in, it's a hot mess. I used to work for Dollar Tree. I get the hours being cut, short staffed Yada Yada. But, when there is a long line, you help!! I asked one girl in a black jacket, and her response was " I'm only a stocker, you would need to talk to the store manager." First of all, why do I have to? Lmao. You're the associate. YOU do it. I saw 2 more people stocking and 1 in the backroom. NOONE could help?? Psh. I went to another associate. She told me the store Manager was thr only one who could ring people up as backup. Ok. Weird but ok. If that's the case, the person up front should be calling for backup after 3 customers. But at the same time, I feel like the manager would ignore her! I was ready to hop on that intercom. Lol. The lady proceeded to argue with me, so I knocked on the manager's door. The SM did come out and did help the line and I thanked her. But it should not have gotten to that point!! Coming from a manager herself, she has ALOT of work to do to train her team. Lucky for them, I do have it all on video. :)

It's a nice dollar ? store has many different items they sell just store needs a little bit of attention on merchandise on the floor.

They have a lot of good quality products. Some are brand name. Great place for gift bags, cards, and everyday household items.

Pat at the register has a disgusting attitude ! She should NOT be working in customer service period . I can understand being in a sling and obviously manning one register alone BUT NO ONE is making her work for minimum wage, but herself. Threw my bags at me, got upset when I tried to take something out of my buggy that was not needed stopped scanning all of my items in order to take back what I did not want to purchase any longer. Which, as a person who is privy to working at a register, is not something that you should do in the mitts of scanning someone’s items. She was very dismissive, and her attitude was very unpleasant. Made my experience horrible I traveled from Fountain Inn to come to that store due to ours being caught on fire here recently. I will travel all the way to Mauldin before I come to that store in receive her disgusting rude demeaning despicable service again

No electric carts available for shoppers so can only go when family member can take me. Great Craft products/ideas.

Just wondering if they have a new policy of they can't take anything out of your basket. Cashier Pam/Pat(can't remember which), told me after I put the basket on the belt, that I needed to empty it. Twice she told me I needed to empty it. So I just dumped it out and left the empty basket on the belt also. So Rude telling me too. I think she was being LAZY !!! NOT like she was working hard cause it was not busy in there. I may have to go back again and try again.

I always go to these store because they are close to home, and they always have great stuff there and love the craft stuff there, too. There isn't a lot of help but they are always nice and I enjoy going to that store.

Cashier at register 2 or 3 was very mean and dismissive. I came into the store today because my charger must have slipped out of my phone while sleeping and I had somewhere very important to go this morning, so I had to have my phone on, and when I got inside my chest started hurting while looking for the charger. I finally found it, but there was one register open with about 10 people with carts full. I panicked. I went to the front to ask a man could I put my one item with his and he could keep the quarter just so I could hurry up and get out of there. He used his card, so I wasn't able to give him my cash I wasn't doing it to be entitled. I sort of panicked but I knew my phone had to be on because everything has to do with the phone nowadays. The cashier was mean to me and a nice lady that was behind him told me I could go ahead. Just because you see a person and they look healthy doesn't mean they are and that cashier really hurt my feelings. PS I've had two back surgeries and a knee surgery before age 30 and I'm 32.i got pushed from a car going 35 mph

Poor check out girl had a line 10-15 people deep. Manager came out and bagged but did not open a register. Very sad store, total mess.

The cashier that was there today around 2 o clock closest to the helium tanks was a trooper and a queen. She deserves a raise. God bless them all and thank you.

There was only one cashier, the line was extremely long. So the cashier ask for help over the intercom. A lady come up and opened a register. I got in her line about 5 ppl in front of me. The whole time all she did was complain about having to open up the register when she had so many other things expected of her. She never missed a beat as one customer would leave she just picked up the conversation where she left off...If I really didn't need the birthday cards in my hands I would of left without buying anything. I ask the other cashier who she was, THE STORE MANAGER WENDY. I was amazed. And I have to ask WHY DOLLAR TREE would have someone like that in that position ...I would ONLY go back there if asbolutley necessary. On the plus the store was clean. But I didn't need or want to hear ALL THAT COMPLAINING.

Only one checkout open. Line was back to Freezer. I left everything I was going to buy and left. Boxes stacked in aisles very unsafe. $1.25 is a joke. Something’s smaller with price increase. Corporate greed

Waited in line forever...cashier was very nice though!
