Friendly and very helpful staff. It was an easy, pleasant experience renting a U-Haul truck from them. The woman at the counter (might have been “Amanda”?) was professional, kind, helpful, courteous and quick. I was able to get in, check out and get the trailer hooked up and leave in less than 5 minutes. Great job. Highly recommend renting there.

In mid-March, I researched four different storage facilities within one mile of each other in the Five Forks area. All of them were either on Woodruff Rd or Scuffletown Road.Of the four, Pinnacle provided the best pricing for what I was looking for.Logistically, they are the easiest to get into and get out of. One location at the Woodruff & Scuffletown intersection was not my preference due to the light timing and congestion. The other location, off of Scuffletown Rd, is very tight and hard to maneuver (I used them 15 years ago).I remember when Pinnacle was being built… this is a brand-new facility. Very clean.Available to access 7 days a week.Amanda helped me get my unit rented. She is very courteous and helpful! I highly recommend renting a storage space from them if ever needed.

My lady Amanda is so awesome she helped me with my account and called me to remind me when my payment is coming up she reassure me my unit is good and taking care of.Every time she calls me she uplift my spirit with encouraging words I thought of changing units when the company was under new contract but I'm so thankful I stayed.

My wife and I selected Pinnacle storage, formerly Extra Space storage, when we decided to move to South Carolina. They were very nice to speak with and very accommodating. We moved our things into our VERY clean facility/storage unit, and the people here were so nice! Leah, has been a real gem to work with! her follow through and kind demeanor are a winning combination. I will be recommending them to any friends or family that need storage based on my dealings with them. Thank you Pinnacle storage!

PINNACLE STORAGE is a Beautiful Facility. I worked with Lea regarding my visit and purchase. She was Wonderful, Very Friendly, yet Professional and Knowledgeable. This is a Very Large Facility and Extremely Clean. Easy to Find, Plenty of Parking and Accessibility. At the time of my visit, I purchased Packaging Supplies. The prices were great, Lea made this so easy. I would Highly Recommend PINNACLE STORAGE for your Packing, Moving and Storage Needs. Amanda was so helpful when I called about returning a uhaul we rented from Columbia. We also rented a storage unit for my daughter’s things and Amanda was very helpful in deciding what size we needed. Great experience and super nice facility.
