Came in Monday around noon time the guy working was very rude with a bad attitude. I never been to a gnc before and felt this way till this day he needs to be better train on customer service!

Went into this GNC today to scan my Shopkick products like I do everywhere and for the first time ever was told it wasn't allowed there that it was soliciting !!!!! The salesman even went to the extent to call his boss !!!! It was the strangest thing ever in all my years of doing Shopkicks !!! And by the way you need to look up the meaning of soliciting because I definitely was not doing that !! I was told it was a franchise but I also know as an independent owner you still have to abide by so many corporate rules so I will be calling corporate!!!

I like the smoothies they make. Every other time we come in they said “ we are not making any smoothies today” just left the place. The employee wasn’t polite at all.

I have tried to call this location for the past 2 days no answer or answering service. I was trying to make sure they would have the items I needed before making a unnecessary drive there. I looked on the store locator and the store hours states it's open but I really don't understand how it would be busy for 2 days all day. I'm very disappointed.

I have had the complete opposite experience as the other 2 reviews. I have only been in this store twice. The manager remembered something about me from a previous conversation 4 mths ago! To a 50yr old that made me feel important, not unimportant. Also, instead of loading me up on a bunch of different vitamins plus supplements his 1 recommendation has given me the energy and boost I've started lacking with menopause. In regards to protein powders, the mgr did describe quality and quantity over cost, but he was not offended when I chose another less expensive route. I found him to be very knowledgeable as well as considerate. I will be back.

Manager asked what I was looking for. When I told him, he said we don't have any of those here. He then Showed me the section of the brand I was asking about, and as he walked away I heard him laugh under his breath, like I wasn't important and moved on to the next customer.
