Over the past year my experiences at Home Depot have gone downhill considerably. In early December I was in a plumbing project and needed to get some items. I had even brought what I had taken off. The things I was told and taken to had nothing to do with what I needed. I finally figured it on my own.I am now in some paint projects, there are two paint employees that are fabulous, but good luck getting them. I went this Tuesday and they didn't have any of their own Behr Ceiling Paint. I was told to come back at 3. I had appt's at 2:30 and it was the only time I had. Came back today didn't see anyone in the dept. A man was waiting to have paint mixed. After looking and waiting 5-7 minutes I went to the service desk. They immediately called for Paint Help Needed. Again, waited another 5-7min., the man waiting to have paint mixed, left. Ask for a call for paint help again, waited again. Finally gave up. Putting down the items I was thinking about purchasing. POOR STORE

Employees were literally working harder to avoid helping than it would have been to just help. One sprinted away when I was about to ask for assistance. Really sad that adults act like that.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, my wife bought a refrigerator here and we ran into some difficulties but the staff was super helpful and got everything straightened out everyone walked away happy.

Horrible experience with mgr trying to return a power stapler that quit working..after the thousands of dollars Ive spent in there between my two houses..would not replace it replace or refund product..will never be back.

Today I stopped into the Simpsonville store (#1124 on my receipt) and visited the garden center. A group of 4 guys were talking and as I approached them, Jerry asked how he could help. He followed me to what I inquired about and waited as I made my decision. He followed me to the store registers since garden registers weren’t open. I apologized for taking him away from his meeting and he said he was happy to help. He chatted about the holiday and said to pull up he would help load up my bushes. It’s clear Jerry takes his job seriously and is customer-focused. From start to finish he made my visit to Home Depot a 10/10. You are blessed to have Jerry as an employee!

This store still refuses to stop the attention-seekers from bringing their dogs in here. The employees stop whatever they are doing to help customers so they can play with the people's dogs instead. The dog-owning idiots let the dogs walk around unleashed and it is going to lead to something happening that Home Depot WILL BE held liable for. If a dog bites someone in South Carolina, you can shoot it. It must stop.

I went to the store this Sunday at 7:15The app said it was open to 8 and someone not caring said they closed at 7 today with no reason or empathy.
