“Don't have the help that they should I worked there in the past I was able to help some customers while I was in store this happens a lot,but it's okay. Did receive some help from one employee Kenneth R. Store was clean and looked to be stocked.”
“Stopped in here to check this store out, definitely wear a warm jacket if it’s cold out, it’s pretty chilly inside. They do offer a lot of home improvement and items that you would use inside and outside of your home. Prices were ok, did see some items that seemed like a good deal, I was hoping for more furniture type items and they don’t offer that.”
“ProSource has a wide variety of flooring, tile and plumbing fixtures. After going to many other places to find the perfect flooring material for our new build, we could not be any more pleased than the Cortek flooring and the theatre carpet that we found here. Our salesman Ben was professional, knowledgeable and so very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond in so many ways from researching questions we had, to letting us text him with questions about the care of our flooring after it was installed. “This involve three sheets of plywood that I was unable to return.
Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
