My experience was amazing. The associate who helped me, (young woman with brown hair) was very sweet and knowledgeable. Al the other associates were friendly and helpful. I got the ring of my dreams for a great price. Highly recommend Kay Jewelers in Simpsonville !!

I went in a few days ago because I had a unique issue with a bracelet(s) and thought they may be able to help me out. All 3 of the employees that night, especially the manager, were all absolutely incredible. Their customer service was fantastic, and they ALL went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't possibly have asked for more.

They make you put a star rating but if it could go lower than 1 it would be. Our experience at both a store and corporate level has been terrible. My wife's wedding and engagement ring (They're welded together) had to go in for repair when one of her smaller diamonds fell out. It was covered under warranty and we thought all was fine. It was gone for 2 weeks. Then we got it back and 2 days later her main stone fell out and when taken in they said they would need to send it off for another 6-8 weeks. You would think they would have addressed any issues with the structure of the ring when it went in the first time but apparently not. Now we got the ring back again and another one of the small diamonds fell out the next day. This was not a cheap ring and you would think they would want to stand behind the quality of the products they sell. Instead when escalated to get some sort of resolution they try to blame us for mis-treating the ring when my wife does not do any type of activity that should be rough on the ring. We have been told for over a week we'd receive a phone call from the district manager and we still have not heard anything on how they plan to make this right. Completely unacceptable and we will never do business with this company again. Unfortunately our only choice to get the diamond replaced is to use the warranty and have them send it off for another 2-8 weeks. So my wife can be without the ring that represents so much to us for over 3 months in total and who knows how long it'll last before another one falls out. It's sad because we both used to love this ring and everything it represents is still cherished but we are extremely disappointed with this customer service on what is considered a luxury item. THe company should hold themselves to a higher standard. Be advised and take your business elsewhere.

My husband has purchased several rings from Kay’s and each one has had to be repaired due to stones falling out . The one he got for me in December of 2021 has had to be repaired recently in March . Not good quality. I don’t recommend. You don’t get what you pay for . They want you to purchase a warranty, they don’t stand behind their Jewelry without a warranty. If it was good quality you would not need a warranty.

Well, i went in to buy myself something for my birthday and I decided to get my birthstone the lady was waiting on me and she WAS doing great, a couple came into the store and requested her service because they had spoke with her on the phone; mind you all they needed was to pick up an order that’s it! She then walked off from me to them and proceeded to tell the other sales lady to help me and she started to help them I felt like that was VERY rude and inconsiderate on her behalf, the couple could have waited or the other sales lady could have serviced them. The people is very rude, not helpful and down right nasty to certain people the store in Simpsonville, SC needs a whole new crew or better training all together. And they got the one start because I had to chose it to add my complaint.
