Folks, If you need lumber don't go here. Waited for Hour and Half for Someone to Actually provide Service for 4 pieces of 2x12 boards. The Lumber Department Mgr. Dan told us he needed to clean up a few boards and then would help us. He cleaned up those boards, but then left the area. Another worker Jousha said he would help. So, after 30 minutes told him we're still waiting, he said needed a forklift. Guess what another employee came and got the only working forklift that Lowes has!!! I then asked how long, he a few minutes. After another 20 minutes I asked are We going to get HELP or not? He said let me go and check. Meantime Dan is talking to another Man, and does not even make eye contact with us. Finally Jousha drives back with the Forklift and gets our Wood down. Yes Folks this is Sunday afternoon and your Lowes has One Person Helping everyone in Lumber, while his Boss is carrying on a 45 minute Conversation!!!Shout out to Wheeler who did our Lumber Cuts for us and help Jousha load the lumber. Jousha You should be the Manager not Dan !!!Wow what a waste of Time Folks!!!Go to Home Depot Wish We had!!!!Oh BTW employees only wearing Tennis Shoes Not Steel Toe Boots LOL!!! Guess Safety Last at Lowes!!!!

Have always enjoyed this store for all products. They have lots of items for everyday repair. Always a good stop for DIY.

Up until yesterday, I had a negative opinion of this particular location. It was Caelin M. in the Paint department that changed everything for the better. I work for the state and frequent here and another home improvement store for supplies. Three other associates at this Lowe's acted either rude or as if they were bothered by my asking for assistance, particularly a dark haired female at the customer service desk. However, when I stopped in yesterday and needed paint and primer, Caelin was extremely helpful, friendly and knew exactly what I needed. She is keeping her brand of customer service ? and actually made my day by all that she did for me. Management, take note: this is who you need to recognize for personal work achievement. Thank you Caelin!

Forget about trying to make a return for something your purchased through the holidays. You go to return brand new items with your receipt and are told you can’t return holiday items it needs to say on the receipts that you have to keep them and then you wouldn’t make the attempt or the purchase. Done with them.

Was looking for something and when I asked for help they told me to go to isle 35 and wait so I did and no one ever came to help me so I left . Wasn't going to bother spending my money somewhere that can't take time to help me.
