“I usually don't review places very often but the guy named, I think it was, chason or jason? He needs to get a pay raise for his fabulous work ethic. One of the other employees that was also really nice to me asked him if he could help bring the heavy return item out of my car and he did very nicely and was very understandable. I was so nervous that they weren't going to do it because I know it's not usual to have an employee come out to the car to help with the package I don't think but Jason/Chason understood and was totally chill about it. He even said that even though some of the tape was falling off from the bottom of my package for some reason that they can patch it up when I dropped off the package and they have no issue with me dropping it off like that. I absolutely love the employees there this morning at when they opened at 8:30 is Friday morning. If you see this, Jason / Chason, please know that I thank you for your kindness and understandability and help. You don't know how nervous I was to ask for help with the very heavy package from my car. And you made it incredibly easy as well as the other very nice employee lady that was there to help at 8:30 this morning as well. ?”

“I’ve always had excellent service at this store. Dr Mike and all of his employees are wonderful, but I was particularly impressed with an encounter I witnessed between Brianna and an elderly lady who was very confused about the process of sending her package. While some people would not have had the patience for this rather lengthy encounter, Brianna was entirely professional, composed, and diligent to see the process through to the end and answer all of the customer’s questions courteously and with no hint of impatience.
Kudos to you Brianna for having such patience and kindness.

“I have used this Pak Mail store a few times to get various documents notarized. I have always received good service. It is best to call the store first to find out what time of day the notary public person will be available (as well as the availability for someone at the store to sign as a witness if needed).”

A quick search on the internet Saturday morning discovered, to my great delight, a local post office was open! Glenda was joyful and fun and didn't even seem to mind working on Saturday.
