We told him that we often have back pain when we wake up with our current mattress, and he helped us find the perfect mattress at a great price. We received red carper service here from Robert, the owner, and got a great price on two mattresses and adjustable bases. If you are looking to buy from someone who is paid by the hour, and has been a sleep expert for a whopping 30 days, there's plenty of overpriced retailers on every corner that are selling that...this place is the antithesis of that, and the clear winner in every respect, highly recommend!”

“I ordered a mattress during Engineered Sleep’s busiest season. They sent me an email explaining that they were swamped and my mattress might be delayed in shipping a few days, but if I had a hard deadline to email them back and they would see what they could do. I emailed back to say that I ordered this mattress because I’d realized my old one was contributing to my chronic pain. I’d been able to sleep on grandmother’s (much firmer) mattress while I waited for my new one to arrive because she was out of town, and I was hoping my new mattress would be here not too much longer after she got back. They emailed me back and said they would do the best they could to get it out as soon as they could. My new mattress arrived the day my grandma got back into town, and I was able to get it set up and sleep on it that night. My new mattress (the extra firm classic hybrid) has significantly helped with my chronic pain, and I’m very grateful to Engineered Sleep for putting a rush on my order so I wouldn’t have to go back to sleeping in pain. I can’t recommend this company and their products enough.”

“I don’t write reviews in these days we live in where everyone wants you to write a positive review for just being. So here’s a review well deserved. Background, I have bought furniture from the factory furniture for years. In fact my house is most likely outfitted from them in total. My wife and I recently went in to buy some pieces that are no longer available, story of my life lol. So after purchasing some pieces and paying… my wife and I left. Got a call from Chris letting us know he made a mistake in cost…not in his favor but in mine. The amount is not the important part but the fact he caught it before I did and addressed it and corrected the mistake. Bravo!!! If you are still reading this review, good. This is a family business. A family that treats you fair but still a business. They must make a profit, yes the bad the word lol, but you still save money here, and time rather driving and going to other stores etc. I said to Chris, “people buy from people not price”. In this store I get both and I believe you will also. Years and years of purchases from them has proven the fact. Honest, integrity and low prices is a slogan everyone uses with short comings. Here they actually exist. Thank you Chris and the rest of your family. You have earned this review and a this customer. You guys are all aces!!”

“This company makes a great mattress. However, their shopping and logistics needs some attention. I had multiple issues with my orders. The first issue I had was they shipped me the wrong pillows. I ordered two of their hyper cool pillows and received two of their basic pillows. The send issue had to do with when I initiated a comfort layer exchange. Again, I received the wrong items. In both cases my issues were resolved to my satisfaction but the fact that they happened in the first place tells me there are some internal issues with their shopping and logistics. Despite the shipping issues, I will continue to do business with engineered sleep because they make great products.”

“It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice!
