“…..I mainly blame the rehab and hospital that hooked us up with oxygen with NO training. I had NO idea about anything or how to work or clean the equipment. NOTHING. A HUGE problem with our healthcare “system.” The delivery guy was extremely nice and helpful. He went overboard explaining in 5 minutes how to use the equipment. Something the healthcare people should have done before they sent my 89 year old mother home. Was told he was the only driver.Called the company a couple of times, they were nice. FINALLY spoke with Beth. VERY knowledgeable. She went overboard explaining. We drove over and she sat down and explained in more detail, which is what I needed.I now give them 5 stars. If the hospital and rehab/ nursing homes would complete their jobs this company would have more luck with this star system.”
