I do not recommend the MinuteClinic's. There is no follow up with patients and the cost is excessive. They do not back their services. I had an unfortunate experience with this one and a more serious infection resulted which has taken me months to recover. You have much better care, cost, and follow up with treatments through local general medical practices. My favorite is Oakview Medical right across the way from this CVS MinuteClinic. My favorite pediatric office is Parkside Pediatrics just across on Batesville.

I had very satisfying experience there at 03.13.23. Medical workers there, 2 ladies, was professional, helpful and friendly. It was easy to make an appointment from my phone and I was seeing there in time. Thanks for your help.

Went in with sinus infection (confirmed by other doctor) and told I had a cold. Asked to give me antibiotics and refused (no other health conditions). On top of that, the nurse double charged my credit card which I had to inconveniently dispute with my bank.Unprofessional.

They shouldn’t have urgent care as one of the things they are known for. So I came in and they don’t close until 7:30. I tried the kiosk thing but that wasn’t helpful and I was informed by one of the store workers that it’s walkin but then again it’s not because you still need an appointment, for urgent care, really? Urgent cares usually don’t shut down early either. So the provider there tonight asked if she could help me with something I told her I had an urgent issue, she said they were done tonight but I could make appointment for another day I told her tomorrow would be too late, she said she was sorry but I’m that I don’t give a bleep kind of way like oh sorry oh well. So I’ll go to md360 I guess if they are open…workers that work in the store are kinda rude too. So much for urgent care. Minute clinic isn’t urgent care. I’d call corporate but they’ll probably turn the other way too

Closes at 7:30 but won’t see a patient that arrives at 6:50 with no other patients waiting. Complete waste of time. Rude staff that is typical of today, doesn’t want to work. If your going to close to patients at 6:50 then say your closed at 6:50 not 7:30.

I went to get tested for COVID after having multiple symptoms on April 1st. I had done this before and it was extremely easy. If you opt for rapid testing, usually of by insurance. I was asked to wait in my car for 10-15 minutes. Within about 12 minutes I was called and asked to come inside. The nurses took me back to the clinic and checked on me- I had put in multiple symptoms but they said it was random choice as to who they brought in after tests. I’m very THANKFUL it was me. When I went in, they said - no charge check up. They took my blood pressure which was 220/110. EXREME! As I sat there, they asked questions and talked and continued to take BP and Oxygen. I’d started having issues a week ago while traveling to my sisters memorial in Hilton Head last Thursday. I did test negative for COVID but was diagnosed with some type of viral infection and bronchitis which hadn’t happened in over a year. The wonderful ladies kept me there as my BP came down, assuring I could drive home- 1.5 miles and prescribed antibiotics and steroids to fight the infectious issues I was dealing with. Thank you to both and to NP SUSAN RENDOVIAN for your caring and compassion!

1) I didn't have my daughter's medicaid card and initially thought I'd lost it. I offered to pay cash and said Medicaid would reimburse me. I was immediately refused service because, "we can't accept cash once we know you have medicaid" Ok, maybe that's really a rule, but I was very upset since my daughter was in significant pain and was bleeding from her ear. I found the card outside and presented it so she could be seen, yet received a bill within a few weeks stating I owed the full amount of the visit. I called to ask why and was told no insurance card was on file. So the very proof they insisted on having just to see my child, they failed to even make a note of.2) During the exam, the woman who we saw, asked if my daughter was in pain or frightened (because she was crying hard nearly the entire time) and I explained she didn't like new places or faces. After a few minutes, she asked if she was "delayed" in some way. This was completely irrelevant to the exam and the illness, which she admitted up front, and very unprofessional.

Took a friend of mine there this past Thursday. We arrived around 130pm and I got her signed in to see the nurse. We were the only ones waiting and after about 45 minutes had passed I decided to knock on the door. She opened the door and informed us that they were closed between 130and 230. I told her the clock on the door said they would return at 130. She looked at clock on the door and said that it indicated 230. Very rude lady that can't tell time on an old analog clock. She finally admitted that it did say 130. She finally sees my friend and gives her medicine for an upset stomach. My friend called me the necn morning still not feeling well so I took her to the hospital. She was immediately admitted. She'd had a stroke. I would never consider stepping into another CVS .
