Would give a zero if I could. My husband went in to have blood pressure checked and it was high and they wouldn't give him any blood pressure meds.

Terrible experience-almost $700 just to get an antibiotic. I went in for something simple-just needed an antibiotic. I told them I didn't have insurance but the NP wanted to run urinalysis just in case. She only took my vitals and prescribed me the antibiotic my appointment was $180 at CVS. A few weeks later I got an additional bill for the labs for an additional $500. I called CVS and never got a call back on why my apt was so high or my lab bill.

Horrible experience here. I was 2 min late to my appointment (which was just to read a TB skin test and would take about 30 seconds), so the nurse practitioner there canceled my appointment…. Said it was because he had another patient that he put in my spot, yet no one was there besides me so that was a lie. So I had no choice but to schedule for an appointment 2 hours later. After waiting an hour I was asking him why he had canceled my original appointment, and I caught him in a lie because he didn’t even take another patient in my place, be simply canceled mine. This made him mad and embarrassed so he rolled his eyes like a 12 year old girl and then told me that he refused to see me even at my new scheduled appointment and then processed to cancel my appointment without my consent. This appointment was needed by me to be able to go into the facilities I work in and now I will not be able to do so because he refused to take 30 seconds to read my TB test.Bradley Sentell is his name and he is the most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in a long time. I hope his supervisor sees this and addresses this with him.

No appoints available for three days. This is not an urgent care facility despite what they claim.

I walked in with no appointment made, but I needed treatment asap. They asked about what I needed and then prompted me to try to set an appointment on the computer (they had apparently been double booked for a while). There were no appointments available all weekend, but Karen called over to me and said she could see me anyway since they were in-between other appointments. She was very informative and kind. She even helped me find a coupon for my prescription. I could tell that everyone was feeling a little burnt out from being so busy. But they didn’t let that stop them from squeezing me into the schedule and taking good care of me. They really seem to genuinely care, and I’m very thankful for this minute clinic!

I've been here several times now and never once have we(my kids and I) been treated badly. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, this just happens to be mine

I was reluctant to make a appointment here because of the bad reviews but I had no other option. I'm so happy that I did make the appointment. Really, what stellar care I was given and no waiting time. I will definitely be back when I'm in a pinch like today. Thank you ladies for being so kind and making my experience awesome!

I would give o stars. Went in for a sinus infection the NP he told me it's an Infection in another part of my body that my sinuses are fighting off and they do a good job at it. He says he can't give me an antibiotic because people abuse them and then they have no effect on the infection I haven't had an antibiotic in at least 10 yrs. Told me to drink a lot of water. If it's not better in another 7 days to come back. I don't think so I'll never go back there again.

The only way you can make an appointment is online and they will not call you ahead of time if something is preventing you from being seen. There is no way to contact them beforehand either. If you have to drive a long way to get there don't do it. The doctor is absolutely awful and doesn't want to do his job.

VETERANS BEWARE!The VA identifies CVS Minute Clinic as a provider, however their systems do not mention or provide information for a veteran to follow. The insurance on-line page is not user-friendly to the uniqueness of veterans affairs handling. CVS is NOT, in my opinion, a good source for veteran care.

Save yourself time and stress by going to another clinic this one is terrible the wait times are beyond slow and you might get moved in the wait time according to how she feels. Worst experience here ever and I have never had a problem before just this year. Previous years were no problem.

Incredibly rude staff. The NP shows up with her kids and a dog and the “greeter” lady rudely brushed my family off. If you’re looking for quick service this isn’t the place to go. They don’t care about you.
