“Chris Barnett was extremely helpful today! He greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered all of my questions. My dad was adding me to his bank account from another bank of America location and Chris coordinated this and got all information/signatures faxed back and forth and set up properly. Bank was not overcrowded and there was also plenty of parking for a Friday mid-afternoon.”
