Hands down the worst pet store. There is maybe 8 fish aquariums at most and that’s it. Of course it has pet food and accessories. But no actual pets. Gave it an extra star cause the employees are nice.

I was looking for a break-away collar (or easy release) for a dog. The store doesn't carry them so I ended up with one for a fat cat. It worked for our beagle. It is a requirement of the kennel where he is going to staying for a night.

It is a smaller location so it’s limited with what supplies you can get. The cashiers were friendly but not knowledgeable with my questions on bulbs I needed for my snake.

At PetSmart in Simpsonville, our newly adopted rescue hound dog had his first-ever grooming — including a nail clipping and grinding. The experience could not have been more positive, comforting, and invigorating for our canine, all thanks to Hali being so gentle, patient, and caring in pampering our pooch.
Hali will be our go-to groomer for our dog, especially after her being so resourceful in noticing his aversion to a hair dryer, and instead letting him rest and recline through another heated means of drying off after his bath. Hali also had a grooming colleague massage our pooch to help him feel totally at ease through his necessary nail maintenance.
Hali made not only our dog’s Sunday afternoon, but our family’s as well, with top-notch TLC.

This facility had everything we needed for our pup and then some. We were greeted with a smile. The ladies were super sweet and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Horrible service. I don't recommend them. If your pet soils the floor and you ask for help they just look at you and point you towards the cleanup area. Rather than assisting you to clean it up. I don't recommend this store.

Our little fur baby Sock loves to get groomed at Petsmart by Kylie she is so good with dogs and we have always been a satisfied customer. Everyone is so helpful and friendly!
