This a review for Publix Martin Farms curbside pick up. I’ve been using the curbside pick up customer for a year now. In the last 60 days, I’ve found a significant decrease in quality of this service. I frequently have to go back to the store to pick up what wasn’t brought out, missing pieces of my order along with difficulty getting refunds for missing products, refrigerated products warm, and no response from Publix when alerting arrived (waiting 20 minutes for groceries). This is a service my family uses to save time, and this has created increased time working out grocery issues, increased frustration, trips back to the store, and trying to work with management. I have learned the Instacart gives more glitches with waiting for an attendant. After numerous negative experiences through Publix Martin Farms, we will be transferring business to Target or another Publix in the area.
The store itself is clean and lovely.

First time shopping at this location. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked and neat the entire store was! In addition all of the interactions with any employee was met with a smile and assistance when needed.
