The theatre was clean and the seats we dated. The main issue I had is they left the lights on for the whole movie. I asked about this during the movie and was ignored and asked again at the end of the movie and just got a "sorry about that" with a smirk. Kind of put a damper on what was shaping out to be a great day

Saw Dune part 2 in iMax. Great sound, regular seats. Not crowded at all, but concessions were slow and had long queues.

Hands down the best theater in Greenville

Concessions line always moves slow. On the busiest of days, only one machine is ever going. The popcorn has gotten better, but they never look happy to serve you.

Nice theater. Concession stand is expensive, the total i paid for could have had a nice meal at a rest chain like Chili's lol.. Employees are friendly and courteous. The seating is basic but clean.

Usually, I watch all movies in Greenville but felt I had to watch 'Napoleon' at the IMAX. It was the perfect place to appreciate the big battle scenes.Since I thought the show might be sold out I ordered the tickets online. That worked flawlessly. Also, the theater was very clean. Only my seat was a bit worn out.Still, one thing stood out at my visit - the super-super-super friendly crew.I just wanted to ask a question and two attendants came running to help. They also didn't just say, "Enjoy the movie" but exclaimed with enthusiasm, "ENJOY the movie!!!" That experience was almost like in the 90s when, generally speaking, customer service was a lot better.

Great theater, comfortable seats. Sometimes not enough people working, at the Concessions, long wait to get anything. Why don't they keep enough people to work? Go early, so you can get Concessions, hopefully everyone else, don't do the same thing. All in all, love the movie theater..

I want to start by saying I am not the kind of person who takes the time to write reviews usually, but I have to share this. I just got back from seeing the Eras Tour Movie on the official opening night, first time going to a movie theater in years. I have to say, this experience did not make me eager to come back.First of all, no Taylor Swift cups or popcorn buckets on opening night...I was disappointed but I let this go because I don't know if it's the theater's fault or if something may have happened on Taylor's merch company's end. You guys need to get Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb or some equivalent. The popcorn is way too salty.I think some older woman complained that a few of us were standing and dancing outside of our seats so that we didn't block anyone's view. So they sent in two cops who told us we had to remain seated. I get that you're trying to look out for everyone's safety, but it killed the vibe for the rest of the movie. Especially after the cops came up to block each end of the second to last row and harassed the girls behind me twice, saying they needed to have their phones off and put away (despite several other people being on their phones, nobody was recording the whole movie, a few people were taking some snapchats of the fans in the theater having fun and they tried to accuse them of recording the movie). At this point the level of excitement had gone from about an 8 to a 5 to a 3. We did sing along still but everyone just kinda had the energy sucked out of them and we were afraid doing anything but sitting there would get us reprimanded by the police. It was excessive and I wanted to go see this in theaters multiple times but after that I have no desire to come back. And the worst part was probably that it felt like it was 80 degrees inside the theater. I was wearing a strappy, backless body suit and I was SWEATING. And it wasnt from dancing, because they shut that down real quick ?. There were a lot of people so a lot of body heat in one room and it felt like the only air circulating was from the one ceiling fan going.Like I said, first movie theater visit in a long time so idk how other theaters are running, but if it's anything like this I don't think even Taylor Swift can save movie theaters.

If really, dirty lobbies, hallways, bathrooms and theaters get you excited to see a movie, then this place is for you. On the upside, the seats are pretty comfortable and roomy. And they show movies as you’d expect.

Great place to see movies little pricey for tickets and snacks. IMAX is the best. Seen the meg 2 the trench in 3D definitely not as good of quality. Would recommend imax not 3D.
