It’s 109 degrees in here and smells like a goat. The staff obviously are ambivalent and could not care less. This is one of the many reasons I am turning in 6, yes 6, dvr/cable boxes and canceling service after 30 plus years at the same address. Sad

They said my phone was to old to work on their system and was supposed to transfer my pictures and contacts to the new phone. Thanks for nothing, no contacts or pictures on the new phone. I would not recommend them as a provider!

Bought a phone from them. It bricked in less than 2 months. Call them and they say they will replace it. Go into the store and they basically tell me it is not their problem. Have to take it to the manufacturer. Now I'm out time and money cause their company does now if they are coming or going.Go somewhere else. Look for a company that cares about its customers.

Went to upgrade my iPhone today and was greeted by Taylor. She was AWESOME, made the whole process simple and smooth even though due to apple related issues it took awhile. She continued to check on me during my “apple updates” and got my new phone set up and rolling. Would recommend seeing Taylor for any spectrum related service

Don't go there if you're pressed for time, as you may have a long wait ahead of you. Otherwise, it's a good store.

Taylor and Jayla were absolutely the best service team I have ever experienced at a Spectrum store. Taylor was very knowledgeable and friendly. they made the whole experience a breeze and wanted only the best for me as a customer. I can only hope I get them should I need them back.

No, no and NO. Spectrum must not pay well because no one in this store wants to be here. Horrible customer service. It’s 2023 SPECTRUM….WE GOT OPTIONS and I’m so happy I’m not STUCK with Spectrum anymore.

Brandon helped me a couple of months ago with me new phone and mobile service. Today he helped me with my internet and WiFi. Very nice and helpful gentleman. Changing my 5 stars to 3. I specifically asked if I needed a new modem since I was increasing my WiFi, and was told no, that I was all set. Wrong. I need a new modem.

Spectrum is not giving any reduction of rates for not providing channels that Disney owns. The fact that Disney is raising their rates should not affect service to your customers. Spectrum is making enough money off their cable TV rates. People need to drop them like they did Disney.

Returned a fried modem and was handed a new one. Walked in with no appointment and was out the door in five minutes. Internet is working again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Raven and Briana at a Charter Spectrum store location to activate a new phone for my father. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service they provided.Throughout the activation process, Raven and Briana were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure to answer all of our questions and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was set up correctly and that my dad's phone was working properly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service provider, and I would definitely return myself for any future needs - Chris

I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone, the store employee stated I couldn’t because my name was not on the acct. and my hubby would have to call in and get it added. Husband did so this morning and they state that I have been on the acct already, additionally our online account has the same information. Luckily the customer service is 100% better on the phone. Don’t waste your time going to this store. Fyi in a matter of minutes I was upgraded by the customer service.

Jessie was very calm and very informative with my issues. Watching her respond to some of the customers who were upset, she patiently responded in a very calming manner. Something rarely seen today
