No longer fun to shop. Wait times have increased drastically. Many unmanned registers while lines are incredibly long.. Pushing large carts through narrow aisles while employees are stocking is bothersome. Wal-Mart is trending up and Target is trending down.

This store, compared to others I have been in (I'm looking at you, Greer) is clean, well-organized, and very un-chaotic. I love the ability to shop quietly and find what I need when I need it. Although, I often find more than I need......LOL!!

Martie, Hannah, Bailey, Charity, and Julia are so great! They work in Beauty/Ulta and work hard to help each guest, and help them make sure they get their Ulta points linked to their Target circle and they are so patient when helping guests figure out how to do that! Their product knowledge is also amazing! They really make shopping at this location a pleasure!

I was sold a tv on clearance but was given the wrong stand for it and when I called the store I was told they don’t have the party and couldn’t do anything except return it.

Terrible customer service. Barbara was unidentifiable as an employee with a white and red blouse on, wouldn’t even know she worked for target but the attitude would make you think she owned it. Signage should match what target ads, website, and App say. Systems should be updated to reflect.

I purchased the wrong ink for my printer didn’t realize it until I got home went back the next day and they were happy to exchange it for me. Store is always clean, workers are always nice, and love their quality.

Left my keys here in one of the carts and I turned right back around to get them. The cart I left was moved and I asked 2 employees for help, neither one let anyone else know what was going on and went on doing their job. I stood at guest services waiting to see if someone brings them back. While listening to employees gossip about their lives, I finally interrupted and ask for more help, thankfully a very nice lady found my keys. The other 2 not so very nice, wouldn’t even move to help. I understand I should be more aware, but there’s no need to treat/look at me like I’m crazy. I’ll never forget this experience.

Having to return an item has never been so easy! Target always makes customer satisfaction their top priority. It’s definitely one of the best retailers in the business, and they continue to be one of my most favorite places to shop!

Inventory management is seriously lacking. Inaccurate stock quantities for tons of items. Every time I order something through drive up, or go into the store to get something at least one of the items is out of stock even though their app says there's plenty available. They frequently give me the wrong items in drive up orders too.

Extremely RUDE sells person at Ulta Beauty in Target today.. When we were headed to checkout, the rude person said I can check you out back here, when I responded that I didn't see a register back here, she responded do you not see the bags and a scanner in my hand?? Then once we were getting ready to pay with cash she walked away and went to a register up front with telling us. We then followed behind her because she had my makeup and at that point she did even want to touch our money. RIDICULOUS
