TD bank is a total joke. All their employees are very unprofessional. Specially, the Simpsonville location off of Fairview Road. If you have any enemies in life, you can recommend TD bank to them. I’ll never use TD bank again. Closing all my accounts with them.

RUN AWAY!! Horrible service. I have a business and personal account and everytime is the same story. “Oh we have to verify this check” with an attitude. No greeting. Nothing at all. Just a very dry unpleasant experience every time.

I had a very pleasant & remarkable experience here today. I had already visited three other locations for the same service but no one else was able to get the job done. It was definitely a WOW moment. :)

I recently visited this branch while on vacation and had a misunderstanding with a bank teller. That same day Rebecca the branch manager called me for a meeting and reassured me that TD really cares and values their customers like family. if your a younger person i wouldn’t recommend banking with this branch the staff is really nice but i opened a credit card with them that took me talking to 3 or 4 different associates then inevitably bringing my mother with me to get the card because they kept having issues then after i get the card the app wouldn’t show what i owed so i’m currently unable to pay it back without going to the physical branch this process took about 3 months i just wish they actually would follow up with customers like they say they will at least.

We do Not recommend Simpsonville branch. Lack of customer service and respect!! When we first opened a little over a year ago, they seemed awesome. 800 # has been fantastic considering that our local branch refuses to answer their phone. Few branches are open for services inside branch or at least curb side service. NOT this branch. Rude and were no help when our debit cards were hacked. Let’s stop with covid excuses because you could at least still be accommodating to your customers.

Literally the worst experience ever! They too slow took them a whole weekend just to tell me they couldnt keep banking with me just because my account got hacked and they refuse to open another account! Now im left with no bank and i gotta pay my rent how inconvenient...do not recommended this branch at all!!

I opened my account with TD Bank in Greer and everyone there have been exceptional to deal with. However, on Fri. July 20, I had the WORST experience I've had in the entire 2 years when I went to the Simpsonville Branch on Fairview Rd . only because I could not get to Greer before closing. Brock is who I spoke to and from the beginning it was obvious that he was more concerned with telling me why he couldn't help rather that trying to figure out how he could help. I will avoid TD Fairview Rd from now on, Brock is not who you want in a time of need.

I've opened an account just recently and have had a good bit of trouble since. Firstly, the th y who opened the account for me took my information and said he'd call when the account was opened and accessible.. That didn't happen, and I called 2 days in a row asking about it but no one ever called me back. When I dropped by the location to see why I hadn't heard from anyone, they had my account set up and he genuinely and flat out told me he did not have an excuse for why there was no call back. Currently trying to get my direct deposit switched over and I deposited my live check into the ATM on Wednesday, my funds still are not available and online banking shows that the deposit is waiting for verification? When I called no one answered the first time and the second call I placed I was put on hold. Wade Hampton Blvd location answered my questions faster and more efficiently... so once I called back to the Simpsonville location they told me that because I'm a "new customer" my funds won't be available to me for roughly another 7 days??? Needless to say, I will not continue banking with this bank, once my funds are available I will be withdrawing every penny and closing this account. This is unacceptable, I have never had this issue before and supposedly they're the best bank to bank with? I don't think so.

Great experience all around -- from out of state looking to open up a new account and I couldn't have gone to a better bank. The staff was educated and confident when it came to answering my questions along with giving info I didn't know was available. Great benefits! Great convenience! Great place!
