Absolute trash serviceThey made us go around and fetch something that they didn’t even list on the websiteThen after that we went back and they told us their printer is broken so we have to go to cvs and pay to get a picture.They completely wasted our time and lied straight to our face

The employees here are always friendly and helpful in my experience. The customer service is so much better than fountain inn and the location is way more convenient to get in and out of than Fairview Rd. They have helped me with passports, stamps and shipments for years without any problems!

Worst service I have ever used! I sent an iPhone pro Max to Azerbaijan, I insured my package. For two months the parcel could not leave the United States, after that they sent it to China ... where my iPhone was stolen and my parcel was sent from there to Azerbaijan. The recipient did not accept the parcel and it was sent back to me. Now they don't want to refund my insurance and shipping costs! I've been waiting for 6 months... track number CH174829089US

I'm working on a small project about government employees, and the leadership of the post office. It's a pure shame that someone can either work up to post master or get hired as postmaster, and know absolutely ZERO, about the rules and regulations and basic human rights. Im generally curious as to what actions were taken to prevent further violation of human rights? Even when showed, they refused to do the right thing and that's very sad and I hope there was consequences for the violations. Freedom of press is in our very first amendment and it's number 1 because it's that important. I will be researching this situation and those involved much deeper, and pray that her boss did the right thing and not just sweep it under the rug. This postmaster brought national attention to this location, and she should have really been demoted at the least.

Postmaster's ignorance of their own rules is sickening. Calling a building that the people pay for "my property" just shows the mindset of government employees.

After taking a day off from work, making an appointment for a picture passport, and gathering all the necessary paperwork AND then showing up 15 minutes early for the appointment (5 minutes early of the 10 minutes asked by them) and then waiting 15 minutes PAST my "appointment" before being recognized I then get told their camera is not working. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PICTURE PASSPORT AND TOOK THE DAY OFF WORK FOR IT!!! Is their internet broken as well??? Could they have possibly reached out and NOT wasted my time?? Every time I go into this place it is something else be it short staffed, under staffed, now not even the common courtesy to not waste MY time. If there were ever an example to customer DIS-service, this would be the prime example...I hate I will ever have to re-visit this farce of another example of government failure to the people.
