Awesome customer service, specifically the pharmacy staff. Whichever gentleman helped me this evening (7/9/24 around 5:30) with my medication transfers was so helpful and went above and beyond to make up for another locations mistakes. I wish I had asked his name so I could mention him specifically. I have never had a problem with this location, highly recommended. Thank you so much for your hard work.

You will save money shopping here, because if you go anywhere else you will spend more money because you will always add to what you want to buy. Just go in and buy what you need and walk out.

I cannot even begin to describe how bad Walgreens is as a company. Prescription fills take forever (2 hours -12 hours) compared to other pharmacies, and their system is archaic and often glitches, even sending your prescriptions to a different location. Also groceries here are overpriced compared to their competitors.

Every time I Go to their pharmacy it looks like the people working there are in a Bad mood, Mostly the Woman. They huff and puff and talk about the patients in Front of other people. Very rude.

Don't understand why it takes over 2 hours to fill a prescription. Will definitely transfer it some where else when it is time for a refill.

lousy service! The young cashier, I don't remember her name, is horrible, she treats people very badly, she makes you look upset, she makes you feel bad and she gets upset when you use coupons or you simply want to take advantage of the store's promotions, when you ask something she doesn't answer you , and it just doesn't help you at all, I don't know why they have people. so lousy working in this place, i will definitely drive a few more miles to mauldin. but I won't go back there.

If I could give this location a -5 stars I would. The young woman working in the photo area is rude as hell. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she can't answer simple questions without giving attitude and eye rolling. Fire her show her a life lesson it will do her justice for later on in life. I'm so sick of this younger generation. And I'm 26 btw.

I’ve used the photo center at the Walgreens on Fairview Rd numerous times. Make sure you pay attention to the price!! Even when you put in the sales/discount code, the machine does not deduct it. I had to have the cashier deduct the discount at the register. I don’t know if this is intentional or not but it has happened everytime I’ve used the photo center in this store.

I had a lot of issues with this particular Walgreens… they even rejected a simple prescription for a deficiency and told me to go buy it OTC but it was prescription grade. I think they are super short staffed which is causing a lot of problems.

I went in looking for some gift cards, but didn’t see the ones I needed. I wanted $25 Chick-fil-A gift card but only seen the $10 ones and the response I got when I asked for help was it should be over there and she got on her phone and sat down behind the register. The only way to post a review on Google is to leave one star. If it wasn’t for that there will be zero stars.

This pharmacy has my blood boiling! When I did a Covid booster last month by appointment I’ll add, it took 30 minutes to get the shot…why have us make appointments clearly our time is of zero value to them.Currently waiting on a prescription that was called in 3 hours ago and they are telling me it’s not ready might be a couple hours…um nope. This will be the LAST time I go to this pharmacy!!! Stay away if you want good customer service and timely assistance you won’t get it here!The store itself is great.
