I met with Carolina today to set up a new account after having a family account for 12 years. She was helpful, patient, & easy to talk to. I was so grateful for the time she took to explain everything to me and never once made me feel dumb. I hope if you have any future financial questions that you get to work with Carolina! I am so thankful for her time & kindness towards me.

I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for over 25 years, lived in three states and this branch almost had me wanting to close my account and go somewhere else. It is the closest to my house but the handful of times I have been in here whether its a teller or most recently the bank manager they are rude and not very customer service oriented. Luckily I have been to the woodruff road one a few times and just drove there where everyone is friendly and helpful. They saved this customer from pulling business.

We have been looking to open our accounts with a local bank from OH. My husband went to this branch to get a simple trade of currency. Give the teller 70.00 large bills for 70.00 in singles. The woman was rude and would not do it, said it’s not their policy although they have done it several times previously. Today we opened up several accounts with the bank across the street! Their loss!

personal- i was sent a check by someone and without even calling or letting me get through to a banker, they closed my account, that’s the only way i can get paid at work so now i can’t get my money when i get paid and i don’t and a bank account anymore. i still have all the emails from the bank and the person who sent the check.

I would love to give this Wells Fargo a 5* review considering I have been using Wells Fargo Bank for the past 7+ years and I usually have a great experience at each branch. However, last Friday after experiencing a bad situation with one of the team members, I then received a great experience and resolution with both Scott the manager and Kimberly a teller. You both do not realize how much you both made my day just by reassuring and speaking with me to make things great. This is the correct way a business should be ran, and I appreciate you both for going above and beyond! Scott Kimberly deserves a raise! lol Thank you guys!

F*** this place, they want to to make appointments and s*** before you go in I walked in was ignored, told to wait then told to leave cuz they were closing. I had already been there waiting 10-15 mins, absolutely going to pull my money out, worst bank to bank with.

Had need to go inside to talk with an associate to clarify receiving a new Debit Card. Upon arrival met by an associate who asked what my need was. Helped me to a chair ( Disabled person here) and let me know my wait would not be long. A short time later he was able to take care of my problem. Only took 15/ 20 minutes total time. Very pleasant folks.

I assisted my elderly widowed mother with her move out of Greenville SC after 16 1/2 years and back to the East Coast to be with her grown kids and grandchildren, as my father passed away in 2013. My Mom's health physically and mentally started to decline. Her flight was due to leave 10/15/2022. Since she has her Accounts with Wells Fargo, we paid them a visit on the early afternoon of 10/14/2022 for her to only close out her safety deposit box. She has a Wells Fargo Bank in the East Coast. The place was packed. We were asked to come back the following day and we explained that we could not do that. Next, we were told that there was no one there to service her & that she has to fly back to Greenville to close out the box (she is in her 80's). We were dumbfounded & Mom was panicked. I responded that we would wait as long as it had to take. I needed to take Mom to get something to eat (again, she's in her 80's). When we returned there were less people & they took us in immediately. The complete transaction took no more than 15 minutes. Mom is now in the East Coast & she is planning on closing out her account with Wells Fargo completely. What we encountered was a disgrace! She has been a customer with Wells Fargo for the entire 16 1 /2 years she lived in S.C. Wells Fargo shame on you!
