Went through the drive through tonight and ordered wings and things. Got home with 5 little boneless wings and no tenders!!! Too late to go back. That was one expensive meal for what I got. Be sure to check your order while you're in the driveway. It can be hit or miss at this location.

My order was perfect and when I went back inside to get my extra season Mitchell was so nice and respectful. All in all im always satisfied with this location.

I agree with previous reviews. Staff is rude to customers. My order was shorted. Staff were arguing among themselves between the front and kitchen .

They need Professional Management, there should be no reason to sit at a drive thru for 20 minutes before someone take your order.

We waited thirty minutes for our food, despite doing an online order and getting there when it said our food would be ready. After waiting so long, they got our food all wrong.

A nightmare! Drive the short distance to the next Zaxby’s - trust me, it will be worth it. Went at 7:00 on a Saturday night, drive-thru line wasn’t terribly long and moved at an average pace. Had an order for 5 people so fairly large, and the woman taking the order was totally incompetent. Had us wait forever before even taking the order, then had to be corrected/repeated to several times. The worst part was receiving the food - they forgot 2 of the drinks, a meal, and a side. After several eyerolls they finally gave us everything, and the wings meal only had three wings in when it was supposed to be 5. One of us had to go in to get it corrected, and the employee fixing it in the back said “she probably just ate them.” So rude!! The food quality wasn’t even as good as other locations in the end, either. Wings were plain with a little sauce splashed on, and other items appeared thrown together too. Will not be back to this one anytime soon.

Specific to the Batesville location..... I live nearby and have gone twice per week for over 3 years for 2 salads and a large ice water ~$22 per order... That's just shy of $7,000 in business over this time. I continued using this location even though the salads were inconsistent and very different than the way other locations prepare it (in a bad way). The size is probably 75% the size I get elsewhere, missing toppings is common. I no longer visit this location when I was recently told that they were no longer giving complimentary ice water, instead now charging almost $4 for it. Ridiculous. I thought one employee got it wrong so I checked with another and they confirmed the manager "has been losing their mind about free water."

I Doordashed my food from the Batesville Zaxby's in Greer SC. I ordered 2 four chicken finger plates all fries and a coke. We each received only 3 pieces of chicken. All small. One of mine was mostly the breading crust very little chicken. Skimpy on the fries. I get this dish regularly so I know what it should look like. Very disappointed. I would advise if you can, to look at your order before driving away.
