“I can’t recommend 183 Automotive enough. They are by far the best mechanics I’ve ever been to.
I came in convinced my head gasket was blown after another shop had already taken my engine apart. Instead of just replacing the head gasket and charging me for unnecessary work, the team at 183 Automotive took the time to properly diagnose the problem. It turned out to be just two small O-ring gaskets. That level of honesty says everything about their integrity.
Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way. They always called to get my approval before starting any additional work, explained what they found, and made sure I understood my options.

On top of his honesty, his customer service is amazing. I can always get my car in within a few days, and he is incredibly accommodating with his schedule—allowing for early morning drop-offs or after-hours pickups that fit perfectly around my work schedule.

“First of all, let me start out by thanking Jack for repairing my truck in a timely manner!! I have been through 3 mechanics, and Jack started back over from scratch from the damage that was done by the 1st shade tree mechanic!! The old addage, You get what you pay for, is the truth!! Jack was honest, very knowledgeable, and stands behind his work!! My car SAT for 3 weeks in Seneca, 1 week in Pendleton, and neither mechanic didn't really want to fool w/ my truck, but Jack did!! Will be referring other friends to him, and I can honestly say, there are STILL some honest, knowledgeable, mechanic's left!! “I want to send a special shoutout to Durham’s Automotive. My family and I were traveling for a weekend Easter trip. We were only 15 minutes from our destination, and over 4 hours from our home, when our car broke down on Good Friday around 6:15pm. My car was towed to their shop. I reached out to them via messenger through their Facebook page around 6:55am Saturday morning. Even though they were closed for the weekend (Easter weekend at that), they responded and called me within 5 minutes.
