Missy went above and beyond to help me find a package that was stuck in Columbia. She called me several times along the way to update me on the progress and let me know when it got to the Marietta branch. Everyone at this location has always been very helpful.

I'm sure they make enough money to drop items off on my porch but instead it got thrown in the mud by the trash can. I wish I was outside when she did so!

Bad reviews are usually (not all) by someone who did not get what they wanted or can't understand their are rules that businesses have to go by. The employees at this office are extremely nice. They go above and beyond for the customer whether it be in the office or delivering the mail.
