Being a customer for at least 7 years now, I am very upset in what took place at my recent visit. My 5 year old German Shepard was seen last week for his allergy shot and nail trim also wanted to see the doctor due to our dog limping on his front paw. My husband was told we only have one doctor today so we can only give him the shot and trim his nails. So that’s what we did 320.00 later and should I tell you he didn’t even see a doctor!! After a few days normally he stops licking but he didn’t this time and if anything got worse and then we notice his skin was black under his legs so I took him in yesterday to be checked out to make sure he didn’t have a reaction to the shot. I drove up at 4:55 right in front of office got out and instead of signing clipboard I was walking in when the worker was coming out to get clipboard, I held door open while a customer and dog was coming out and I proceeded to go in and the worker came in with her clipboard and said we close at 5 and I said I was here before 5 just didn’t sign in and I told her that my dog was seen last week and I wanted to make sure he wasn’t having a reaction to the shot he was given so she went to ask the doctor if he could see him and came back and told me no and I would have to come back tomorrow. I went on to tell her but I was here and I was very concerned but she was very rude along with the other office ladies. They did not care at all and had no compassion about what my dog was going through. I told them I need to make sure he’s ok but they still would not see him. I left and started thinking about it and called them and ask could I speak with the vet they said no he’s with a patient but we will have the practitioner call you tomorrow. I said tomorrow I need to know something today!! So I hung up the phone thought about it more and got madder and I called back and spoke with a Monique and I told her I need the vet( Dr Lon)to call me today and she said she would let him know. Well I didn’t receive a call as of yet today and that was yesterday.Do they care about my dog? Do they care about your dog?? Do they care about their business?? I now have a new vet. ( Smith Animal Hospital) Now to your response yes I was demanding because you had a few days previous seen my dog and had given him a shot and yes I was panicking because I wasn’t sure what was going on with him. It was about 5 minutes to 5:00 and your staff was very rude to me saying we quit taking patients at 5 but I was there prior to 5!!!! With something going on with my dog who has been a patient there at 6 weeks of age and he is now 5!!!! Yes as walking out the door I said this place is ridiculous and it is!!! And you just now getting back to my review but still to this day have not tried to contact me to check on my dog and you said that you would have doctor call me and NO ONE did!!!!!Where is your concern for your patients?? And yes love my new vet?Smith Animal hospital

Make sure you ask questions and get an accurate quote! I dropped my dog off for a dental cleaning. They called at lunch and said my bill would $600 for the work that was needed. When I went to pick up my dog I was told I owed $1130.00!!!!! Seems this establishment takes advantage of their customers

Time to die ....A warm experience mostly because of the techs / nurse practitioner sensitivity. My Sheepdog OLD (15 1/2) English Hairyit ( Harriet).Glad I got the PAW print. Nice I had the option to walk in. Called ahead to let them know Harriet (girlfriend) maybe nearing her time.

Such a wonderful place! We were so pleased with the service we received. We had a problem with our Lab, who is diabetic and we ordered insulin last week and it did not arrive as expected. We are new to the area and wasn’t sure what to do because everyone was closed. Ark Animal Hospital was getting ready to close for the day, but took the time to see our Lab Charlotte and take care of her needs. We highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital and we will be taking all of our pets to see them.Great customer service! Thank you so much for your help!

We had to put down our family dog. He was severely injured. The staff at Ark were so kind and understanding. During the 1st visit as an emergency during a busy morning. A d the day of putting her down they were so empathetic a d caring to our family.

I have taken all of my pets to Ark and have been very happy with everyone from the drs to the vet techs to the office staff. Everyone was very compassionate when I had to put my Bindi to rest. It’s always a difficult thing to do and everyone made it easier. I have always trusted my pets were in the best of care with Ark. Thank you for being the best.Lisa

Been here twice & both times have had good experiences. About average in price. This recent trip they squeezed me in as a walk-in at the end of the day. So grateful!

Everyone seemed nice enough at first. Doc was ok. My sweet kitty was handled with care. But I will not return. I was billed for a candle I didn't purchase. Yes, I was picking them up and smelling them while waiting in waiting room. When I noticed later on bill and called them... was passed around on phone and basically accused of taking a candle. $15 of several hundred dollar bill ...isn't the point. I can afford whatever I need/want. But I didn't purchase or leave with the item. I don't even burn candles home, prefer safer options. Lastly I was told a manager would call me next. Which didn't happen either. Just not acceptable behavior. I'm sad because I wanted to like the office and it's convenient to my home.

They have been taking care of my Kitty Lyla wonderfully. We found her at only four weeks old and she’s had a tough go of it. But Ark has helped us pull through all the tough times!

Attended to our dog quickly after she got attacked by another dog. Saved us so much money since they don’t charge for rechecks. She healed quickly & this vet is very efficient. Highly recommend getting an appointment or else the wait is super long for walkins but they still make it happen!

The staff took really good care of my baby! His surgery went well and he is healing phenomenally! Dr. Lon Miyahira is great and friendly and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have!
