James at the Eastside Branch was great to work with. He was efficient and very kind. He took the time to explain everything but also guide me through the process with ease. Phone issues after Apple update…manager was very kind, courteous and patient….most of all he found the problem and resolved it. He also provided a solution without trying to up sale me when he had the opportunity.I really appreciated his customer service and work ethic.

DAKOTA, at the Spartanburg AT&T location was a TREMENDOUS HELP!!! Today was a tough day for me..Dakota helped me transfer my deceased mother’s line to my current line, other issues with my current lines.
