It's 7:36am, Manger sitting his car behind me, and hasn't tried to open the store yet... and he's looking at me while I'm waiting in front of the door.....really Wonder is he going to open the store once I leave.

Erik went above and beyond when I had my battery replaced. I have never had anyone do so much for a battery. I would highly recommend this Auto Zone.

Q the customer service representative did an excellent job helping me last night. I had corrosion on my battery. He came out to check the problem, and sold me the right product that would help clean the terminals then he came back out showed me how the product worked, and helped me clean the terminals. He also helped me get the hood lift supports that I've been needing for my car. He did a very excellent job at helping me and making sure I got back on the road safely I would refer him at any point in time.

A few of the guys was nice, But the other 2 guys did not present themselves well. One of them had glasses on, and the other 1 was a heavier set guy. I think that were managers Very unprofessional

Never again will I go to this location. Racism is alive and well here and on display. I left my item on the counter and walked out. Much better experience at Advance which is almost next door.

Good Service, well stocked...short staffed, at times.So...I had a situation and was gonna speak on it cuz I purchased an item and it rang up higher then it was priced on the shelf. I was told that it was due to under staffing. I get that...it's tough, nowadays to get help. On the other hand...it can be hard to find a good gig that pays enough to get you through. Just saying...I have returned since then due to how the service person handled the situation. I was offered the opportunity to refund the difference in the amount or a coupon that was $10 of $25 or something like that. I took the coupon and the item purchased came with a $15 rebate. I don't usually shop here unless it's a real necessity as I prefer to take the car to the dealership. It's easier that way for me. Not always the most cost effective, but as a woman who cannot fix cars, I need the dealership. Also, It's better for me to be able to hold someone accountable on a major scale. :-)Anywho, I did what was necessary to get my rebate for item purchased and forgot about it. I came in the mail and I just let it sit. Recently, a brake light went out on my ride and I called for help but ended up having to address the issue myself. The people were so nice. They always are here. In fact, when I spoke about what I needed I was helped by being walked outside to ensure that what I needed...I actually needed. Additionally, I was assured that I was capable of changing the bulb myself. The man who helped me was super encouraging and he was RIGHT!!I did need an extra set of eyes to make sure that everything was working properly when I pressed the brakes or used a turning signal...but I changed the bulb myself. It was a proud moment...and it was free. I purchased the bulbs with the rebate card I got and if I had needed a coupon...I was already ready.All that to say...no complaints from me. I believe that there is an auto parts store closer to me, but I tend to make the drive. Keep up the good work.

I bought a brake and router bundle at hillcrest store. One of the routers would not fit the axle. Called the hillcrest store said to go to asheville hwy store and exchange. Manger would not exchange. Had to return and purchase the other one. She wanted to charge me full price instead of what I was charged for the bundle. REALLY!!!!!Finally after I got loud and ugly she called someone and did price over ride. Why did she not just do the in the first place? I had the receipt. Still have to wait on the money to be put back on my card. So I paid for three until I get the refund. She should have been able to exchange a defective part and not have went through all the trouble she caused me. It is not my fault she said. Well I wasnt my fault either. I cant help the part was wrong. Wrong piece in the box. Box had the same number as the other one I purchased. She should not be the manager at this store. I told her if she was on my side of the counter she would be mad as heck too. Hillcrest store was great. He even took parts to the car for me since they were heavy. Still gonna call customer service line.
