Barb, the assistant manager, is condescending, unpleasant, and racist. My mother, a little Hispanic woman, was trying to close her account with the required documents and Barb refused to help her. Maria helped us instead and verified all of our information like Barb should have. Barb then gave Maria a hard time and finally allowed Maria to help us. Barb is a terrible assistant manager and no wonder the ratings are so low.

Best costumer service. We were helped with a big issue that the other same bank send told us they can't help. This bank spent few hrs with us and resolved the problem. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

This bank is absolutely terrible I tried to cash a check that come from another well known bank and the teller told me it couldn't be cashed but would have to be deposited. She explained the funds would be available the next day but an hour after leaving the bank I receive an email saying the check was on hold for 10 days. Nobody will explain to me why this check is being held especially since it came from another bank. I'm gonna assume because it was a few thousand dollars and the bank needed it so they could make money off it. Its been 5 days and still haven't released the funds, I spoke to the branch manager at this location but instead of providing good customer service and trying to help he just forwarded me to the 1800 customer service number. When my funds do finally hit my bank I will be closing my account. Doesn't feel to great to have a couple thousand dollars that is supposed to go into your account and no one will tell you where your money is!!!

Not a customer, nor will I be and thank God I no longer have a sizeable investment in this bank. You must be a ‘virtual’ only bank because your customers are never allowed in without an appointment. ALL other banks will let you in and wait for the next available, especially if you’re willing, but BOA rudely says NO…make an appointment…and sends you out the door. WTH?!? Where is customer service these days and what makes you any better…which you’re definitely not…than ANY other bank that would be GLAD to have our business ANYTIME I NEED TO BE THERE?!? Shameful, weak, rude and useless!!!

Apparently "costumer is our # 1 priority" is only words and has nothing to do with how they treat their customers at this location! They keep closing their drive-thru creating long lines in the lobby. Keep cutting their hours...

Never been to this branch but when I go to the bank they ask what bill denomination I want but apparently this branch is out of 100$ bills, this is a 1st never heard of a bank short of 100s.

I don’t have any problems but 1 . If u have a bank account there they charge u $8-10 for a cashiers check. I could understand maybe if u didn’t have 1 there but not if u have 1. Why is this? They don’t charge that much for personal checks.
