“Normally, I do all my banking online, but I had a pile of cash that I wanted to deposit. You have to use the coin machine to deposit coin and bring the slip to the teller. As someone who has dealt with a lot of cash and coin, I thought that was pretty cool. Speeds things up when you don’t have to count coin on both ends. Just something different that I thought was neat!”

“I had a great experience twice in less than 24 hours. Came in to set up an account. Working with Alex felt more like two buddies chatting.
Enrolled in online banking from home.
I’m impressed with the Huntington iOS app. Compared to ones that are just poorly designed. The next step would be to add authentication app support. SMS verification codes just aren’t as safe as they used to be.
Since I’m used to quickly setting up apps without letting much time go by, the Huntington app flagged me for fraud. All I did was set up bill pay and sent a payment right away. Apparently doing all that too quickly is what flagged it since my account hasn’t been open a full day yet.
I had to go back to the branch to unlock my account. Alex helped me again! Just a simple fix acknowledging that it was me that sent the payment.
Shout out to Alex for all the help! Also the payment wasn’t urgent, but those who open an account and actually NEED to use it urgently may run into the same issue.”

“This is the Boiling Springs, S.C. branch of First Piedmont Federal. Being a branch it's naturally smaller in size. It was lunch time ( usually a busy traffic time ) and there's only one customer in front of me. Very unusual as this bank sits on the super busy Hwy. 9. Additionally, this place has a very tight parking lot. Maneuver with care!”

“Someone stole my debit card at 4:15 PM. By the time I realized it and locked the card down in the app it was 4:30 PM. I called my local Regions branch and let them know what happened to see if I could get a new card and they told me to head on over. It took me 10 minutes or so to get there and I had a new card before they closed at 5 PM. That is excellent service! Their lockit feature on the app prevented nine different transactions that the thief tried to use my card for before they canceled it and issued my new one! I’m a satisfied customer!”
“The in-person service at this branch was outstanding. The staff is very family oriented and understanding, went in with a 3 week old, and a 2 year old child and was offered a chance to schedule an appointment or wait. I chose to wait and the kids did not ?, however the teller was quick to offer my son a soccer ball, and when our turn was up she litteraly helped me with him and gave him a coloring book, pad, pen, and crayons. Weleft that day with an open checking account, savings, account, soccer ball, coloring book, crayons, and memories. Thank you so much for everything TD bank ❤️.”
