“I don’t usually do Google Reviews but this young man Michael Mitchem deserves some recognition for how helpful and polite he was. I never thought I’d be giving a good review on a car parts store employee but he was so polite and helpful that I don’t care if I’m on the other side of town and I pass 3 other stores on the way, I’m going to this one because of the last few experiences I’ve had with him and he always does whatever he can to help and does it with a smile. I dropped a nut and couldn’t find it and he helped me out with that and smiles the whole time. Some of these other car parts stores should take notes. He’s got good manners and that made me a customer for life.”
