Sent my daughter in to pay for gas; she gave the wrong pump number, immediately sent her back in to correct the mistake. Cashier Alex told her that someone else had already pumped my gas, and that she/I needed to go figure out who it was and ask THEM for the money. I went in to speak to Alex myself; he repeated the previous information to me, in a very nasty tone of voice, and when I refused to do as he suggested, he came out from behind the counter and started accosting people in the store and the parking lot, all the while yelling that "SHE gave me the WRONG PUMP NUMBER! It wasn't MY fault!" The person who mistakenly pumped my gas was finally identified, by which time Alex had gone back behind the counter and was busy muttering under his breath and ignoring my repeated requests to give me either my gas or my money so that I could be on my way. The other customer graciously complied and paid for my gas when Alex (very rudely) informed him of the situation, and I left before what was left of my patience evaporated.

I like the place overall. I’ve thankfully haven’t had a terrible experience with staff like other reviewers but I just go in and pay for stuff. Decent selection in their store. Went in for some cough drops and other items and usually have no issue getting something useful. Gas pump area looks in good/clean condition.

if i could give this place a zero i would the guu that works nights is very rude i bought 38 dollars in drinks he throws me a bag an told me to bag it myself i ask for the manager claimed to be one i could of went to walmart to self check out

Just left this gas station Went inside the cashier was extremely rude & disrespectful. Ordered me to push the stuff closer to her (not even a please) Then I asked if they took Ebt(first time on it in years) she gave me a look And rudely said yes And then got mad at me because I used the wrong machine! Don't know who this lady is but it just cost you a customer! I walked out leaving my stuff behind! I refuse to do service with a business if I'm not welcomed! Guess y'all don't like money! Hire people who have customer service! I shouldn't of been made to feel below her!

This place was advertising their gas for $2.75 after I prepaid with the cashier I was charged $5 per gallon! Avoid the place! I will avoid all BP stations from now on.

What's the use in having Hunts Bros pizza and wings of your not gonna keep the hot rack full? Especially at lunch time...there's hardly ever any pizza.

Stopped at the BP on New Cut Road for gas and to go to the restroom with my kids on January 2, 2021 at 11:45am. The restroom had no soap. I asked the man working for some soap for the restroom and he said they do not provide soap in the bathroom. I asked again for it and he said no. Will never go back there again or to any BP if they feel that is ok behavior (especially in today's COVID climate). The sign on their door does not reflect the BP reality.

Terrible service , lady cashier charged me $ in gas & put it on the wrong pump & the person on that pump pumped it & drove off before I could get back outside then proceeds to tell me it's my fault & nothing she can do about it! I've been stopping there for years & willing to lose my business over a tank of gas! I will stop everyday to complain until I get my $ back! She needs to be fired before they lose more customers over her attitude
