Rented a car paid up front and I get call from Morgan stating they have NO cars. Here is a number for U to call to get your money back. Well it’s Central time, have to wait almost lunch time to talk to someone, gotta wait days to get money back and no car. Why am I doing everything to get my money. Where is their Customer Service? They should have tried to find us a car before calling and giving me such devastating news. They don’t care about their customers.

Don’t go to this location. I was with my dad when he wanted to return the truck and we were greeted by a sign that said that the representative will be back in 30 minutes...if anything call the number given. Complete bs cause the representative never came back and the number didn’t connect you with anyone. Oh and there were 3 other customers that you couldn’t complete the return cause of the absence of a representative and 1 customer was there an hour before us. Absolutely don’t come here and don’t give them your business.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. They usually only have one person working there so give yourself plenty of time to wait around to pick up and drop off your rental.

We had a good experience overall... The price was good and the little car we had was great... The service was good and the guy was very pleasant.... ALWAYS BUY EXTRA INSURANCE

Would not recommend this location to anyone for any type of rental. Made an online reservation on a Friday evening at 7pm for a round-trip moving truck the next morning. Called the main Budget number (because this office was closed for the day) and confirmed reservation over the phone and online. Showed up for the rental truck at the specified time on Saturday, and after waiting in line for 40 minutes, we were told that they could not rent a truck to us because the manager hadn’t hand-written our name down on a piece of paper before closing for the day on Friday (although there were multiple trucks in the parking lot). Then he had the nerve to tell us that we could drive to GSP (45 minutes away) to another Budget location that MAY be able to help us. What good is the online reservation system if it isn’t used properly? There was not a manager present, just an agent. Although he was friendly, he could not do anything for us and he was overwhelmed with the number of people that day as he was running the place alone. During our 40 minute wait, we were able to witness other examples of how terribly this place is operating: 1) the exact same thing happened to another couple in front of us in line who had made an online reservation. 2) A couple was picking up a rental car that had luckily JUST been dropped off (not cleaned out, and what if the previous customer wouldn’t have returned it in time?). 3) Another instance where the only agent working had to leave and go down the street to fill up a car with gas in order to rent it out. This place needs to get it together. Thankfully, we took our business to Penske who was able to rent a moving truck to us on the spot, at a much better rate.

Had the most horrendous experience with them. Rented a car that almost immediately got a flat tire. Didn’t have a spare so they had to come tow it. Took 4+ hours on the phone with them before a tow company actually came and picked it up at 2 AM, at which point it was too late to get a replacement and I needed it at the. crack of dawn the following morning. ride side assistance was sarcastic and hung up on me. Still trying to get a refund from the ordeal weeks later as I had prepaid.

This place took my money and told me a car was there..Drove 45 minutes to get there for them to tell me they have no cars available.. Im confused as to why they would take the money and make reservations for cars when they have no cars to rent out. It took 10 minutes to complete the card transaction but they telling me it will take 10 days to put it back.. Folks do not trust this company with your bank cards..They have a a scam running. Take payment for cards while telling customers they have available cars, customer arrives to be told there is no cars available and then telling you that the money will be put back in due time. Where is the convenience in that?

I wish I could rate this 0 stars. This morning we topped off our tank and took it straight to Budget, BEFORE 10 am which is when it was "due". I received an email later that I had a charge on my account, looked and it was for $157.02 from Budget. I called to find out that they said my tank was EMPTY and I didn't return the car until 12:03 pm. BOTH ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I am currently in the process of handling this situation, which I am not happy about either as I shouldn't have to fix someone else's mistake. Will update with how this was handled.

I received an email later that I had a charge on my account, looked and it was for $157.02 from Budget. I called to find out that they said my tank was EMPTY and I didn't return the car until 12:03 pm. BOTH ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I am currently in the process of handling this situation, which I am not happy about either as I shouldn't have to fix someone else's mistake. Will update with how this was handled.

Well my car is in the shop for a little while so I set up a rental with this company. My husband and I showed up at this location to pick up the vehicle & the first thing I noticed was the store was very unkempt & had trash everywhere. However, I overlooked that because I really needed a vehicle on a good deal. I had already paid online and everything. My husband & I waited a good 10 minutes at the counter before somebody finally came to assist us. He asked for my ID & the card that I paid with. He then asked if I had a credit card instead of my debit card and I told him no I do have have a credit card. He then told me in order to use a debit card they would have to run a credit check on me. Well for whatever reason my credit was not up to par and I was denied the vehicle. Then I had to sit on the phone for 20 with customer service to have my $260 refunded (which will take up to 5 business days). It would have been nice had I been informed BEFORE paying that I would need a credit card and I would have taken my business else where.
