“My decision to use Enterprise was a great one. The facility was very clean when I walked in and they opened promptly at 8am. The selection of vehicles was very pleasing. I did an online rental so my information was already there and available for the customer rep to access. I had an issue with the first vehicle selected but no worries, the customer rep showed me several more and allowed me to pick. The experience was very easy and quickly. Returning the vehicle was easy as well. Took all of 2 minutes!
Side note.. the vehicle I was placed in was extremely new. A DEFINITE PLUS

“I'm not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about but we had a great experience with Budget! Brandon got me checked in and out the door in less than 5 min, it was nice and clean. Upon drop off we were also right in and out he was friendly and comical all together. Would definitely rent again.”

“Started the entire process online. It was easy to understand and follow. From that point, picking the car up, I was greeted timely and professionally and they had me in and out very quickly. The car was nice and clean and I had no issues during the rental. Upon return, the employees and the process was quick and polite. Fee was issued back to me in a very timely manner. Also big bonus was being able to pick up on a Sunday. 10/10 from start to finish”
