I have been trying to give this store, the benefit of the doubt when their inventory is low, when they give me explanations for it. Now it has been almost 2 years I’ve used that location, and the inventory seems to still be low when I go there. I have resulted to using the website and having to pay shipping. Although sometimes with our customers, we need last minute items, and it is a bummer to have to drive to Greenville to get it. I asked Greenville if they have inventory issues with ordering, and they said the Spartanburg location has always been known to not have a lot of items in stock, even though greenville has no problem. This community in the area only has one CosmoProf to keep up with their small businesses, and it would be helpful to have stuff in stock. I have more recently also started changing my brands, so I could just use a different store. Not everybody has that flexibility.

It is a beautiful shop but the young lady with the blue blond looking hair, she could make your company more money if she talk more professional and explain what your company represents. I was just looking inside unaware that you had to be a licensed cosmetologist she should even gave me some cards to give to hairdressers who might not know of this business. She just rudely say Are you a licensed cosmetologist? You have to be a license cosmetologist to shop at this store, have a good day. Oh ok. So I left. She just did not give me a welcoming vibe at all.

Staff has always been helpful when you ask. They don't normally go out of their way to ask you if you need help finding something even though they recently rearranged their items. Lots of things are normally out of stock so expect several trips or order online and have it shipped. Store is normally clean and items on shelves neatly placed. Manager is super nice and helpful, she definitely goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy.

Terrible customer service. They were just talking in the back. Never came up to the register never asked if I needed help or anything. Waited at the register for about 10mins then just left.

Got exactly what I was shopping for, Olaplex 4 in 1 and 0. Young ladies working gave me the space I needed but checked on me from time to time. I didn't feel watched or pressured.Store was clean and well stocked

So disappointed during my visit today, been going to this place for over 10 years and today, they lost a loyal customer over $10. I understand some things are beyond management control, But it’s the way you go about it.

Always great selection of products. Stock has been kind of low on some things since Covid. Manager is great, staff friendly and helpful.

As soon as we walked in the associate had an attitude and when we went to check out she was just as rude and smirked, we left and decided we would not be patrons there. Poor customer service would not recommend at all.
