Makeylah is such a fantastic assist to this company. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to assist everyone. I often find that this location is understaffed and I wonder if it is because DT pays their associates so poorly. Even management. I hope DT wises up and gives raises to their employees - especially the ones who have worked for over a year. Hearing how low their salary/hourly rate is makes me question whether I want to continue to shop there. It’s a complication of ethics, for me.

Was one of the cleanest Dollar tree stores i have been in. Very well stocked and orderly!

Just called to ask if they had an item in stock and the “Store Manager” said she didn’t know and she wouldn’t be going to look nor looking up the item for me but if I wanted to know I needed to come in there on my own and look for it myself. She was sooooo nastyy. I said you don’t have to be rude are you the only one in the store she said yes. I said ok that’s all you had to say not be super nasty. I called back to get her name and another woman answered. So she lied and just didn’t want to check for the item. I’ll be getting her name and reporting her to corporate.

The store was in a big disarray but it was on a holiday and had probably had a lot of traffic that day. With effort we were able to find everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would go back again.

I was usually shopping at that store twice a week after my workout. That day I came it got some stuff along with crocs looking shoes and took off. My daughter really like them we decided to go back for another pair. I’m shopping and talking on the phone while I hear employee walking past me and saying “she removed the tag and put those shoes on him” I guess referring to my son. So I turned around and asked what happened. So both employees started accusing me taking the tags of shoes, then one of them realizes the shoes my son is wearing not from that store so she jumps around and start telling me that I stole the shoes my daughter is wearing. I asked her if she has any proof and if not why is she accusing me of stealing, was it because I spoke a different language during my phone conversation and they think it ok to make those assumptions and humiliate someone upfront of all other customers with all those accusations. I told her she can go ahead and look at the cameras and comeback to me with apologies. She said with the nasty voice that is exactly what she is going to do. I’ve been waiting for her. When she came out she decided to sneak out on me, so I stopped her and asked where is my apologies and proof that I was stealing 5 dollar shoes. She said she doesn’t know how to do it and she will let her store manager take care of it. Long story short no apologies were given. I was trying to get their names so I can speak with store manager regarding it. One employee was trying to cover her name tag so I won’t see it, the other wasn’t wearing anything. Was trying to snap a photo of her name tag and she said I am violating her rights. I said she is also violating my rights as a customer by covering her name tag while she is at her work and behind a counter checking me out. Other employee told me I better check out and leave before she will make me face circumstances. Was she reffing she will call a police on me? I would be so happy so see them and then file legal charges against them. Called store manager today I don’t think she really cared about it. I will be calling and emailing corporate office on Monday. I have all my receipts and proof what I purchased twice from that store. Won’t be back till corporate will remove them from their positions. One employee, who was struggling covering her name was Charmaine S.

Just realized this location was open. Decided to, on a Friday around 2. Go to go in & the doors are locked. An employee comes & cracks the door saying they're closed & walks off. I'm giving 3 stars because I can only assume they're like any other dollar tree & that at least earns 3 stars, however because it was closed in the middle of the day without reason I have nothing else to base my review on. I'm sure I'll try to go back another day, hopefully it's a good location.

Was nice when it first opened, but now they can barely keep anything stocked. Not many things that are actually $1.25 so might as well just go to dollar general instead.

We got there at 8:50 pm, thinking that they closed at 10 pm. The manager got on the intercom letting us know that they were closing in 10 minutes. With that said they didn't rush us and the cashier was very nice, taking the time to interact with all 4 of my nieces (ages from 2 to 13)making each one of them feel special and seen. This is something you hardly ever see especially when you are tired and ready to get off work. Thanks for your kindness
