If I could give them zero stars, I would. The way I was treated was unbelievable. I placed an order online for my great-grandfather as well as Grandmother. We recently found out that he has cancer. The order was to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The following day after receiving my order confirmation email, someone called me telling me that they could not honor my order and my only options were to change my order to the 4rth instead of the 14th or she would cancel it. I tried explaining to her that I travel for work all around the world and that the arrangement was for my great-grandparents who can't drive and that we just found out about the cancer and that I just wanted them to feel special and my presence and love on Valentine's Day. She cut me off, and the lady literally said to me that they are not the only people wanting to feel special. And then she hung the phone up in my face .Obviously they are not the only ones wanting to feel special on any day but I payed for a service for a certain day and I completely understand that Valentine's Day is a very busy day for some businesses but her lack of sympathy and empathy for there screw up was unbelievable. They messed up their schedule, yet she called me angry and aggressive as though I did something wrong and then hung up in my face. All while I'm am being respectful and listening to her.

I went there yesterday to pick up my birthday free gift and it was 4pm to be specific. I pulled up and to my surprise I see the open sign was off. I check with google to see the hours of operation and it said they didn’t close til 7. I call the store to make sure again they were open and not closed and as I’m getting ready to leave the car I see some lady (I assume she’s the owner) walking to the front and lock the doors. Now I’m pissed cuz why are we closing hours early; at least have a sign on the door saying your closing early or pick up the phone and let people know that instead of just letting it ring and then leave. Funny thing was too I was parked next to this woman so as she got in the car I hung up the phone and pulled off. Very disappointed and need to do better Fr.

Pam is an absolute sweet heart and she made this cute “Boo Box” for Halloween and I had to get it!! One didn’t make the picture since I ate one on the way home lol stop by and see her!!!

My husband placed an order as a surprise gift for our wedding anniversary. He's done this in the past and we've had no issues with the delivery. This time, I received an unpleasant voicemail from an Edible Arrangement driver saying they attempted to deliver my order to the receptionist front desk, but no one was there to accept it. When I called back, I spoke with another employee. I mentioned that I had asked our front desk staff about this, who said that no one had approached them with any deliveries. My husband then called to ask about the confusion. He was told that they aren't allowed to leave the order with front desk staff (contradicting what they told me about no one being there to accept the delivery). He calmly explained that his receipt states that Edible Arrangement staff will leave orders with front desk staff with instructions for the recipient if the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery (again, this hasn't been an issue in the past). He was told that his receipt that states their delivery policy was incorrect based on some communication from the "city" that doesn't allow deliveries to be made to schools (??).During this call, my husband spoke to both the driver and the other employee. The driver told my husband that I was rude to her (this was the employee who left me a voicemail). She also told him that I told her I was in class, so I couldn't meet her to accept the delivery (I don't take classes or teach classes). She never actually spoke to me, nor she did attempt to leave the delivery with front desk staff. When my husband questioned these details, she eventually began to yell and defend herself saying we were the problem, not her. When my husband politely asked to speak to someone else, she told him to call back in the morning to speak to the manager.My husband received a phone call from the manager, Tammy, the next day. He was told they wouldn't be delivering the order again, nor would they provide a refund because "we already made it". Tammy hung up on my husband twice when he advocated for a resolution or a refund. Later, when customer service tried to mediate the situation between her and I, she hung up on each of us (myself and the service representative).I've never experienced customer service as unpleasant as this. This is a business that thrives on making people's day a little brighter. Regardless of the issues with the delivery, this problem could have been resolved with proper customer service. It was truly appalling to observe staff state obvious lies about customers, raise their voices at customers, hang up on customers, and blame customers for their error.

We’ve used edible arrangements on quite a few occasions but have always used the delivery service. Tuesday we had something come up last minute and I decided to run by the store on my way home from work. I ended up getting off work late and not making it there until a few minutes after closing. Long story short after walking up and realizing the door was locked I left and was just about to pull out of the parking lot when I looked back and saw Pam waving me down from the door. Not only did she “re-open” to help me, she genuinely made me feel las if she was happy to help. I can’t remember the last time I have received this level of customer service. She was kind, professional, helpful, and genuine.Pam I’m not sure what they are paying you but I guarantee it’s not enough, thank you for all your help!!

I stopped by Spartanburg South Carolina location at the last minute to pick up an arrangement for my daughter's graduation.Not only did Pam give me the best service she also made the most beautiful arrangement for me in such a short notice thanks Pam great job

I have never had the level of customer service that Tammy gave me and my mother. My mom is allergic to cantaloupe so she remade the entire arrangement and even texted me a photo of what the new arrangement looked like. She has called me and kept me up to date on the process and when the delivery would be. I just really appreciate how above and beyond she has went! She definitely deserves a raise!!
