We used to be with a bigger bank and wanted to support smaller banks in the community. While we like the accounts First Citizens offers, we have been disappointed with the attitudes that many of the tellers have in the Boiling Springs Branch. In Greenville, First Citizens branches are very courteous. We don’t want to switch banks, but may if there’s no improvement. It would be nice if they would be kinder to their clients and realize that they need us more than we need them.

Rude personal and slow service. Go to the Inman branch.

Long time customer, what has happened to customer service? Tellers refuse to complete transactions, calls are not returned. Find another bank.

I am thankful for switching to FSB. I have been back and forth between banks running and operating my small business; FSB has been thoughtful and times yes it can be stressful, overall very good with my business! Every bank is gonna have their moments when things go hay wire I get it, but does not mean they are a bad bank. This location the staff has gotten to know my name and treated me with respect and courtesy. The other locations I have been to I have had the same experience. Though I know I may have been the difficult one at times because it can be challenging managing a small business from a smaller family owned bank; on the contrary FSB has done their best to assist me in all my needs and I understand where they are being a smaller bank. Thank you all and Happy Holidays!

i have never called this bank on the phone where someone answers:therefore i must leave a message ,wait for a recall ,email etc.= very time consuming. this week their system would not let me login to my account,went to the bank ,got a temp. password =didn't work.phoned the cust. service rep back to get another. she said she would call me back in 5 minutes = 2 days later, she has never called,nor did she call and inform me about an interest rate for a new credit card! Waste of my time !

The whole bank is unprofessional. The signs say they are open from 9-5 yet no windows are open and doors are lock at 4pm. When you try to call no one answers and the automated system hangs up and will not let you leave a message unless its with the manager. Yet even when thats the only option you have for help even the manager will not call back, or even have someone else call to help someone (I've been waiting for a call with assistance for over 25 hrs now).

In the banking world this bank is equivalent to Walmart, or at least your treated the way Walmart employees treat you. I was the only car in the drive through after watching 4 tellers gable for 3 mins all the while one of them even looked at me, finally when they ended their conversation I was waited on. Then even charged me $8 to cash a checkk paiid by them.

This bank is useless. They gave my money to 3 different place without my authorization, and never even apologized. Now they wont cash or deposit my pay check. First the management says, " it's a 7-10 day hold", then she says she cant do it at all. It is my first paycheck from my new job, so she said she cant do it unless I've had it cashed there before, but how do I do something twice without doing it for the first time. And this is not a small company; the company I work for is very recognizable.
