I walked in to this credit union, wsd seated right away, and was assistec by Drea. She was kind, polite, professional in explaining all of the services and rates available to me. I was very satisfied with the service i received.

Please avoid this location at all costs. They treat their members so rudely and unprofessional. The branch manager is. Complete joke. Never seen a founders act this way before. Pleas save your time and gas and just make the drive to the location on Boiling Springs, they are soooo loving over there. I think the headquarters need to give this location a few evaluations and some new tellers!

I've been with this bank for over 10 years and they always come through for me! I always recommend this bank to people bc I have never had any problems with this credit union. I LOVE FOUNDERS!

Abysmal management. Please don't bank here. It's gotten so much worse over the years. We've seen the decline and the errors slowly increase since everything has gone over to online banking, and the condescending, compassionless treatment they give both their employees and their customers in the building sealed the deal for us this year to start banking with another credit union. What a disappointing experience. Founders on John B. White... if you are wanting to succeed, you need to promote some of your staff and let the current management move to another profession. They are not assessing issues.

I do plan on closing my checking account, savings account, and my children's ugma accounts once my vehicle is paid off. I've put in two applications one for a personal loan and one for a credit card, no one has yet to call or email me back.. I understand that my credit may not be in the best of shape at the moment but that still does not justify treating a customer of many years with a lack of respect..

Finding more and more problems with Founders the longer I have them. First ATM problems. ATMs are down constantly (for money in or out or both). Using your card if difficult at times because sometimes it just won't work for one reason than another reason. Can't use Experian Boost with Founders. Can't use founders for a Sellers account on Amazon. Login will sometimes randomly need a valid code that's sent to your phone but it never wants to send the code. Can try to change your phone number on your account but it seems that you'll never be able to since out of 4 years of asking while there in office and being told it done repeatedly it never is. Shows on their website you can do it yourself but none of that actually works. Only reports to 2 of the credit beureaus instead of all 3. (Only started reporting to 2 instead of 1 about a year ago.) Linking on paypal is possible but difficult although payments sometimes have a hard time going through cause the bank will deny them at random for security. I cant stop getting scam mail about them. I move and I still get scam mail about them. It just seems to always be something. Save yourself the headache and go to a better bank.

Don’t come to this location unless you want to sit in your car for 30-45 minutes just to put a check in the bank in the drive through!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been late to multiple things waiting on these employees to do their job. Whoever runs this location needs to hire faster employees it shouldn’t take 30-45 minutes for 1 car to move.

I can’t say enough great things about this bank. Steve Lewis helped my husband and I with our auto loan. Not only was it fast and easy, he went above and beyond to make sure we finalized the loan even though it was past closing. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs!

Have you guys ever heard of customer service before? Because Founders haven't. Let me tell you how bad, and asinine their understanding of customer service is. I do not even know if I work for these guys are they work for me. I have been with these guys over 10 months now. Everything was wonderful until I could not make my payment via cash anymore. I work exact same hours that these guys do. Therefore, I cannot go in there to make a payment with cash. Now, here is how wonderful and helpful Founders' customer service representatives are. I have sent my girlfriend to make my payment for me, however, they would not accept payments from her. It is funny she was trying to make a 'payment' not withdrawing money. I said, you know what, that's okay, I will just figure out a way. So, I called the branch, and of course, I cannot speak with anyone there because I have to go thru their amazing call 24/7 center. I explain my situation to these guys and their answer is you can make a payment over the phone or via internet, and I am like that is just amazing! Sign me up, right? And, they are like, yeah! We are here for you since you work the exact same hours as we do you and you cannot come into the branch just call up. So, I call up, guess what, you guys? There is a 10$ fee in there. Now, you might think, really, like you are complaining about 10$? And, you know if this was a one time fee you might be right I would not complain about it. However, you see, I only made 10 payments out of my 60 month terms. If we do the math I will be paying 500$, to make a payment for these guys, which I could put it towards my principle and pay off the account maybe a month early? But, no. With wonderful founders you do not have a choice. Now, I spoke with their customer service people a lot, I explained them the situation and you know what their answers were? Yeah, sorry. We do not have the power to do anything about it. Let me get your number and someone will call you from the branch. I don't think I need to write if they called me here, right? You guys, probably can guess that already that of course they did not call me. Okay, so, Founders Federal Credit Union; rates; good, not bad. But, if something, slightly goes wrong they will not, let me repeat myself here, they will N O T, work with you. It is absurd. Here one of their customer, who does not ever miss a payment, their collections department never has to call or they have to repossess their vehicle, who cannot make a simple payment. In conclusion, do not finance your vehicle. I mean, at this point why not refinance with a higher rate where I can pay that 500$ to the interest instead of payments fees! I mean, at least, I will have some self - respect and some dignity and tell myself, you know what that 500$ going toward a bank or another credit union who is at least working with me, instead of, you know I do not even know where does my 10$ goes to be honest. I am assuming they cannot even afford their own collections system so they are making another company charge their customer 10$. An amazing system, isn't it.
