WestGate Mall in Spartanburg has been a longtime favorite for many visitors, offering a mix of shopping experiences. Although it is not as lively as it once was, the mall still hosts several popular stores like JCPenney, Hot Topic, and Bath and Body Works. Shoppers appreciate the well-organized layout of JCPenney, noted for its variety of products at affordable prices and friendly staff. While some areas of the mall show signs of vacancy, the atmosphere remains pleasant for those who enjoy indoor shopping, especially during colder weather.
