My daughter and I stopped here today just to have a look around. It appeared to us that this store had gotten a bit pricey. We looked at the bags of rubber mulch and the 6.99 per bag price was what we considered to be top tier price wise. Giving credit where credit is due; the store is neat and well stocked! Associates are not hard to find and they are friendly and helpful! I just can't get over the high prices in general. We will shop here another time when a good sale is on!

The person today who helped the man with cancer today was rude to him he asked for help with 2 cabinet s never in my life would I treat a person like he or she this store really needs more manner tracing for there staff telling a customer it's not my job or problem raising there voice yelling move to the man if they took the time they would hav seen he was on portable oxygen just rude well guess I will find new place to buy stuff from I wont step back in this hd store plenty of mom an pop hardware store to buy from list a customer because of your rude employee

Went there and spent close to $200 on supplies for my deck and the lady that checked us out in lumber was very rude. Needless to say I will drive 30 miles out of my way to avoid this Home Depot next time.

went to do curbside pickup today. check in waited 10 mins. i got out of my car to see what was taking so long. 4 employee's at customer service no one to take out my order. it was sitting up front. no one help me out to lift my two heavy items. i can not lift heavy items. so my mom and i lift them together.never again will i shop thier again. for now on going to the other location.

I visited a Home Depot store the other day and I didn't see one employee wearing a mask. I went to Lowe's the same day and every employee I saw was wearing a mask.

sorry service. no appliance repair center will do home depots warranty work because they cant get their money back from home depot. the warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.

We bought a special order interior door and storm door with installation nearly a year ago. It took three hours to order the door itself because the salesperson hadn't been adequately trained on the computer system. He asked another person, who was the department head, for help and she would just bark one word answers to him even though I was sitting there waiting. The door took twice as long to be made. When it finally arrived in the store the installer, Nathan Richmond, who claimed to be the regional expert, didn't include the cover for the storm door screws, which are silver in a black frame. The installer didn't install the storm door lock plate so the door will not lock. I called multiple times and Mr. Richmond said he would correct these issues but he hasn't nearly one year later. I will not use this store for special orders again and strongly discourage others to do so as well.

Home Depot says they'll match prices (even beat them). Just look at their website... they even state they will beat online prices, but when you get there, they'll only match other big box stores (which they know they have the same pricing). Anyway, spoke to the service rep, appliance manager, and store manager... same story... they will match Lowe's and Walmart but no one with lower pricing. Anyway walked out... guess what HD, Lowe's does not have the same policy of only matching your pricing! They actually stand by what they write on their website (a novel concept for HD). So purchased 3 appliances from them. Since I used to live in ATL, I always tried to shop at HD... Now a loyal Lowe's customer... well done HD!

It takes an act of God to get anyone to give you information. I bought a washer and dryer from here and had it delivered. The wrong dryer was sent. Somehow they ordered the wrong one. They have yet to return my last call. I asked to speak to a manger, he went to check on what was going on and told me to hold on. After that he hung up.They have hung up on me and my wife both today. After several calls we know nothing more than before. Completely unprofessional to say the least. They have a 48 hour return policy but how can you get some one to pick it up if they never return the call? All I want is the washer and dryer I asked for. Until this gets fixed I have to go to a laundry mat to dry my clothes. When i should not have to waist my money to fix the mistake one of your employees made. This is completely ridiculous.

Don't ever purchase carpet through Home Depot!! After only having my carpet installed for 3 months the carpet started to have loops that were popping up in random spots in the carpet. Once we would vacuum the floor these little loops would get caught in our vacuum and get pulled out which would cause large strips of carpet Togo missing on our floor. We contacted Home Depot that had a guy come out who just blamed it on the vacuum. The carpet is onlyTHREE MONTHS OLD!! NowHome Depot will not do anything about it so I'm very unhappy to say the lease.
