My daughter and I went to find material and foam to rear over some dining room chairs. Fayth was extremely acknowledgeable and helpful. I am not a crafty person, but she took the time to answer all of my questions so I knew I was on the right track.

I love going here for their yarn selection but over the past month each time I try to go they still have not opened their doors. Their business hours say they open at 9am. Today when I tried to enter the store at 10 after and they were not open I decided to give them a call. The automatic message said they open at 9 then a lady answered the phone and I asked hey do you no longer open at 9? And she said yes we are about to open the doors. I got off and waited another 15 minutes. Still the doors remained closed. I understand that maybe they are short staffed but just change the hours of operation.

This store right here is smthn else my mom was in there back in 2020 my dad passed from stage 4 colon cancer and my mom's rings fell off her hand in this store the women working was a older African American women my mom searched high n low there and didn't find them but end and moral of the story is the women stole her to gd off the floor and kept them I tell you karma is coming for this women and if you do not give my mom her wedding rings the last thing she had from her deceased husband we Will take legal matters

I want to love this store. I really do.But it never fails, it’s always a disaster trip. Some times it’s simple and they don’t have what I’m looking for. Some times, it’ll take them 45 minutes to cut fabric. Today, I spent an hour searching the store with my kids in tow to find an item I desperately needed. It’s listed online as having four in stock. Associates basically shrugged when it wasn’t on the end cap. I don’t know what I expected of them. I’m scrambling to make anything work at this point, but they didn’t have the colors I needed for a back up plan.Once again, I’m leaving disappointed.

I like the way this Joann Fabrics is laid out! It works well and the staff were incredibly friendly, even near the end of their shift! I hope every employee is praised for how clean the store was and how helpful and kind they were.

They seem to never have enough check out clerks when I go and the call button never works. Last 3 times I have been I have had to wait and wait and wait to check out. On a good note, fabric staff is always in point.

Good variety for fabric. The prices are a bit too much if they are not on sale. This location is very understaffed.

The store is always stocked and clean which is nice.However, during my shopping experience today I witnessed an older woman working in fabrics treating a younger co worker very poorly. The way she was speaking to them was rude and unprofessional.
