I ordered my son's class ring from Jostens. There was a minor mishap in getting his ring and I contacted the owner and he 100% made it right. I couldn't have been happier with how they handled the situation and I will only use Jostens from now on.

Worst company every! Been calling for 3 days to check order status, get put on hold and after 30+ minutes the call gets disconnected. They didn’t wait 30 minutes after I placed an order to process and collect $200+ from my card. When I check status online, using the order number they provided, it says my order number is invalid. Emailed them twice but no response to that.

This company has the worst customer service! I guess no matter what, they will not ship a cap and gown to your home, but they did send me the extra tassel I ordered. Gowns were delivered to the high school on March 14. My daughter’s was not there. Called and was told on March 21 it would be shipped to the school. Fast forward to today after Spring break and guess what? Still no cap and gown. And where are they going to ship it today? The school. You would think a few days shy of a month late they could at least ship it to me!

Both years my kids graduated I had issues this year being the biggest. Lady who always answers phone is always so rude. Told one thing then when I purchased then was told something completely different. I would recommend getting stuff somewhere else if possible. I know I will from now on never will I buy from here again.

The worst in customer service. Trying to make a payment has been the worst in my life. Trying to get my son's yearbook ready. And they have given me the run around you call them and hit the yearbook department and they never are the ones that answer. They say you are getting transferred and it always goes to voice message.

Ordered invitations and things for my son who graduates....TOMORROW and never received then. I asked about it when I picked up his cap and gown and has called customer service twice and was told the items would be mailed directly to me....and then was told they would be mailed to the school. Neither happened.....hopefully they will make this right before his graduation TOMORROW....

Not impressed with the customer service or the rep that was at the location. A two month payment plan was the only option given when in fact there was an alternative six month option. Now with Christmas coming up, we’ve got a class ring to pay off with a weeks notice. I’ll definitely be using an alternative company for our middle schooler when it’s time to order hers. Poor way to do business and not giving every option available to the purchasers.

I ordered my daughter's yearbook and got the payment plan. I haven't been able to get online to pay the rest because it keeps saying there's no order for her. I've tried called SEVERAL times to talk to someone and each time I'm on hold for HOURS and never get through to anyone. I want to get this resolved but I'm at a loss as how to. It's so frustrating.

My class ring has been paid in full since March and still no ring. We have tried contacting jostens on several occasions and still no ring. They emailed us back once with an automated thing that was no help. I know covid has delayed a lot of the deliveries but I’ve been in touch with others who have gotten their ring recently. My parents feel totally ripped off and worried we wasted hundreds of dollars.

We placed our order and paid in full. In October of last year, we had to make numerous corrections for misspellings. Earlier this year when we picked the order up, the return address stickers had never been corrected. When I brought it to the attention of the rep, he immediately told me I must have made the corrections too late before he even looked at them. That's Jostens...blame the customer. I told him the corrections were made in October. He snatched the paper from me, turned around and walked off. I overheard him and a female discussing it. She confirmed there were notes in the account in the correction should have been made. He came back to me and told me they would mail me the corrections and turned around and walked off again. No I'm sorry.... no nothing. I guess this part is my fault... I was so upset did I didn't check any more in the package. I only checked to make sure there were no more misspellings. When we started to address our invitations, I realized that neither envelope sticker was there. Now that it's too late to do anything about it, my child has to sent his envelopes out without the stickers. I'm sure they will divert the blame to me for this as well. I should have checked more thoroughly, is what I'll be told. How about I should have faith in a company that's been doing the same thing years and years and years maybe you should check a little more thoroughly yourself, Jostens? Maybe you shouldn't be so rude when someone tells you there's an error. You have no responsibility or accountability.

Horrible experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money, as there are plenty of other yearbook/class ring companies that actually DO pride themselves on guest service and ensuring 100% guest (your child's) satisfaction.
