“After looking at several local cleaners online and reading reviews; My husband decided to try New Method, based off their longevity and some reviews wecread. He had two pair of pants that had gotten ink on them. We wanted to see if they could help us. While we were there they tried on one spot. They were honest and told us that they did not think they could remove the ink. They did give us some helpful tricks to try at home, since the pants were ruined already. My husband came home tried some of the tricks and it worked, almost all of the ink was gone. We really appreciate the honesty and integrity they have. If we need dry cleaning in the future they are who we will go with. Thank you New Method!”
“I came here and dryer kept opening(tbh I filled it to the brim so) the worker suggested I use a 2nd dryer right when we were taking out the clothes he paid for the 2nd dryer. It was a small gesture that was greatly appreciated and saved us the money we would've used on the 2nd one. Love tan laundry, I feel safe (goes a long way in Spartanburg) and appreciated here!”

“The lady that runs this laundry is so very kind. Her sweet demeanor was comforting during our first visit. We enjoyed our time there. The space was clean and welcoming, and she was very helpful.”
“This laundromat is located in a neighborhood type setting. It is very clean. They have a drink machine and a snack machine and a restroom. They have free Wi-Fi, a TV and music playing. They have two change machines if you’re paying with cash you can also download an app and pay with a credit or debit card. I have been here twice and both times have been a pleasant experience.”
“The cleanest and best thought-out laundromat I've ever been to. You can use an app to pay, or laundry car or a pile of quarters. There's a tv, bathrooms, table seating, a car wash that you can get a discount at and car vacuum machines. The have laundry service available as well. On Sunday morning there was even an attendant. Double loader $4 20 minutes. Dryer $1 for 18 minutes and the clothes were crispy dry.”
“Great service and my shirts ALWAYS look crisp the old fashioned way... HEAVY STARCH!! Always can count on the staff for excellent service and taking care of my shirts!!!”

“The owner is awesome and if you have specific way you would like your laundry to be done if you just show him . He is more than happy to oblige. I have a very small closet and have to compensate accordingly and showed him how I found my solution. It has worked the best. Rocket laundry is my go to for laundry assistance!”
