This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!

Took our cars in after a hail storm for paintless dent repair. They made the entire process from rental pickup/drop off to working with the insurance company seamless! And did great work!

My daughter had an unfortunate accident back in May. While she was fine, her car was not. In fact, the damage was thousands and thousands of dollars and required a LOT of work. Thankfully, Link’s was recommended to us, as we’ve had some bad experiences in the past with body shops and really didn’t know where to go. They stayed in touch throughout the process of putting her car back together and we picked it up last week, and WOW….it looks AMAZING!!! There was a small piece on the door controls that still needed to be fixed and they immediately ordered it and had her come back over to quickly fix it when the part arrived. Zeke, Joe, and Beth are good people who want to do the best for their customers and truly care about their reputation. We will definitely wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of body work and will return ourselves if we ever need body work done again!

Way over shot the estimate, I think probably because they don't want to deal with someone not using insurance unless it's a big job. Tried for a few minutes to talk me out of having repairs done. Took it to someone else (you can see my review through my profile) and they fixed everything I needed plus more, including a crushed bumper from hitting a light pole right after I left Links lol And it cost 1/3 of what Links quoted me. The receptionist is super sweet however!

I just loved the way I way treated the moment I walked in. very friendly, reasonable, and I felt like they really cared about my being there. Christian atmosphere is always important with me and they all had it. I highly recommend their work and wonderful attitude toward their customers. Stopped by this place today for an estimate to repair a faulty tailgate latch on an SUV, and they took the time to make repairs on the spot! They didn’t even want to charge me. It was an easy fix, but still it took a half hour of their time. I heard their estimator’s communication with another customer and they give very detailed honest quotes. I am so impressed with the friendliness and hospitality here in the south. I highly recommend Link’s.
