Great guy, super honest! Last year Mark addressed my shuddering transmission issue, fast and inexpensively, with just one bottle of special fluid. That quick fix bought me some time to save up. One year later, Mark and his crew rebuild my transmission, and it comes with a warranty, too. Ms. Daisy and I are very grateful for all of them at Mark Smith transmission. Thank you!

Dropped our jeep off with some transmission issues. Took a couple days because they were busy but when they called back it was a computer malfunction. Didn't even charge us to reset it or their time when they could have made a big paycheck off it and we wouldn't have even known. I'll go back for any transmission issues we have and I'd recommend them to anyone
