Ordered online, immediately said food was almost done, 12 minutes later I went inside and waited three more minutes with no line to tell someone I had been waiting for 15 minutes. My food was in a bag where the orders are filled getting cold. No apology, no acknowledgment to me commenting it was cold. No way I’ll go back to new cut rd mcDs

Every time u make a curbside order they mark it as complete and makes it impossible for you to get it at curbside. Making you have to go inside or through the drive though. The lady said I never confirmed it but the app told me to wait until I arrive at the store to pickup the order which is obvious

I went 3/12/24. It's funny how you have customers standing at the kiosks, people walking in and out and suddenly it's a great time to mop the area where you have all this foot traffic. It is quite entertaining that the manager/owner came by while I was waiting to order and told the mopper to put a sign out when it was already there. The thing that sat my visit apart from all the others..................the fact the manager/owner and employees stood and watched us wait and walk away. That right there, is true customer service. Hopefully your visit will be as eye opening as mine.

Made order online store was charged twice. Andthey couldn't find it in system. Literally over an hour for breakfast that was not good. Only one lady even tried to assist me. I still have not been refunded for the 2nd charge

I went to this McDonald’s about half an hour ago, at around 5:30PM. The woman at the first window did not give me correct change, and the manager refused to reimburse what they owed me because “the drawer was not missing but a dollar”. First of all, my order total was $12.39. Second of all, I don’t care if the manager themselves can’t count, which they obviously can’t. I gave them a $20. The change given to me was $2.61. $20 - $12.39 = $7.61. They owe me $5. I’ve had to call corporate on them several times. This is not a good location. Not even decent at that.

placed an order through the mobile app and ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes for 2 burritos 2 hashbrowns and a coffee. the coffee ended up being hot and not even the right ingredients that was asked. we asked and nobody would give us a time when it would be ready, employees were rude as can be. it was even more ridiculous whenever we finally got our food. the coffee was wrong and we didn’t get one of our burritos, the lady was rude and made us pay for the other burrito even tho we already paid for the whole meal. i’ve came to this same mcdonald’s for over a decade and only within the last 2 years has it been going downhill. rude employees, wrong orders, bad customer service.(yes ik it says 1 burrito, but i’ve bought the same thing on multiple occasions and gotten the 2)
