ModWash is a car wash in Spartanburg known for great customer service and attentive, helpful staff. Many employees are described as super kind, friendly, and professional, often greeting customers with a smile. The vacuum suction is praised as amazing, effectively removing all pet hair. The monthly membership for unlimited washes is highly recommended by customers. While most experiences are positive, there can be occasional inconsistencies, such as a manager not offering a welcoming gesture. The parking lot can feel tight on busy days, and sometimes vacuum lanes are out of service without clear signage. However, the business is believed to do its best to maintain equipment despite wear and tear. Overall, it is considered a great place with excellent service, making customers feel welcomed and wanting to return, standing out among the many local car wash options.
