“Left my phone behind by accident while checking out. Went to Walmart across the street and reached for my phone to realize it was gone. Boyfriend went out to his truck to see if it was there while I checked out. He called it to locate it and Home Depot answered. They were about to close up but stayed open long enough for me to come retrieve it. The lady at the cash register was super nice and understanding. She was just a delight to talk to. I told her boss she needed a raise. Super thankful they answered my phone otherwise I'm not sure if we would've gotten it back the same night.”

“Rented a tool for a day and they said we needed to return it by 7pm on Sunday but didn't say that the store closed early for Easter. Called and they said they would leave a note that we tried to return the tool but was given incorrect information and to return it at our earliest convenience tomorrow so I luckily don't have to wake up 2 hours early for work just to return it.
