Great store! Very friendly staff. I had an issue with a necklace I received as a gift from my mother. They sent it back to be fixed, no problem. It took a long time which should be expected. But sadly it broke a day after getting it back. I was so sad returning to the store with the necklace. They were accommodating in that I wanted a necklace, but didn't want to repeat a vicious repair cycle so they allowed me to return the necklace and get a store credit. Thanks for your help ladies!
